Frauduster ... I am extremely disappointed with the Electric Facial Hair Remover and their pathetic customer service. The product claims to come with a 1-year warranty, but it barely lasted 3 months before the head completely stopped working. Now it is totally useless. This clearly shows the poor quality and lack of durability of the product. What’s even worse is their after-sales service. I contacted both Amazon and Urban Yog support. After repeatedly messaging them, they finally responded on WhatsApp and asked for a video proof of the issue. I promptly shared everything they requested — and after that, they simply stopped responding. No reply on WhatsApp, no support on calls, nothing. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a complete scam. They advertise warranty just to sell the product, but when it’s time to honor it, they disappear. I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT BUY from this brand. The product quality is bad, and their customer service is even worse. You will be left helpless if something goes wrong. Waste of money and time.

Bad Cap/lid quality.
I bought this twice, because it works really well for removing facial hair, even small fine hairs. But the issue is with the cap/lid quality. My first trimmer fell from my hand once, and the cap parts got separated and broke, making it unusable. Since the trimmer itself was useful, I bought it again, but the second one also had the same issue — the cap became loose (by itself) while using it, fell down, and broke. Once the lid parts separate, it cannot be fixed properly and the whole product becomes unusable. I was also unable to register the warranty. Overall, the trimmer works well, but the build quality of the cap needs improvement.
