Excited to see the health journey this takes me on. I purchased a different flavor about 2 months ago (Soursop) and I wanted to give this one a try. It certainly has a peppery kick to it but not to overpowering.

The one I purchased tastes absolutely horrendous. I tried holding my nose and swallowing, I tried taking it with water, I tried taking it with a smoothie but nothing makes it taste better. I got the 5- in 1 so it didn’t have a special fruit taste added. Won’t get that again.

It’s a great product with a unique taste

I’ve been using the True Sea Moss 5-in-1, and I’m honestly impressed by how noticeable the benefits have been for me. First, my acne, which normally flares up badly, has completely calmed down. That alone was huge for me, but what really surprised me was my energy level. I usually feel exhausted and unmotivated by noon, but after taking this consistently, I had steady energy throughout the day and actually felt fine continuing my tasks without crashing. The taste is really enjoyable, which makes it easy to take daily. I also ordered another flavor from them, and I’ve been doing one spoonful of this flavor and one spoonful of the other, which I love. Another unexpected benefit was my hair. It feels noticeably smoother, softer, and honestly a bit fuller. I can feel the difference just running my fingers through it. If something can calm my acne and improve my energy and hair this noticeably, I’m excited to see how continued use supports my health long term. Definitely sticking with this.

Eeeeeeeeeeyukkkkk! I’m sure it has great benefits but I can’t get past the taste. It has a nice texture but the taste….. yea it’s gonna be a no from me. I can’t even describe the taste. Maybe cuz I got the one with ashwaganda. I dont know but it’s sweet but with an undertone of semi death lingering in the background. Maybe it had to be eaten cold. I’ll try it cold and see what happens but so far its giving ‘send it back and dont torture yourself in the name of health’.
