If you are replacing your club grips, this tool is a big improvement over the rubber vise piece that comes with many sets of grips. I mounted it on a 2x3 shortened stud and clamped it to a portable work bench. It makes the re-gripping task of removing the old grip, removing the old tape, and pushing the new grip into proper place a much easier task. Almost makes it fun!!

Very easy to use, feels sturdy and well built. Adjustable that a variety of clubs fit. Club is held tight so that you van remove grips or heads, I have used for both and am very pleased. Mine did need a little bit of lubrication on the guide rails but after that it has been super smooth and easy to use.

This works perfectly and is easily adjustable for any thickness of shaft. I mounted the vice to a piece of 2x6 and clamp that in my bench vice. The vice is of good quality. I use it for changing my golf grips or lengthening my shafts.

Golf clamp/grip installer/removal. Easy to install. to adjust the level, you must turn the round looking circle/wheel to adjust to secure the golf club. I have been using a rubber piece in a regular vice grip. The rubber doesn't hold/secure in the vice grip like previous years. I could have replaced the rubber piece, but wanted to upgrade the unit. Easy to install/remove golf grips and save money regripping your own clubs or your golf buddies clubs. It's worth every penny.

Love this vice!! It has screw holes to be mounted both ways, vertically or horizontal. You could also use clamps to secure it to a surface without mounting screws. Very easy to operate and it hold golf clubs very well, I'm excited to see what else I can purpose this for after I replace my golf club grips

Really happy with my purchase. Very sturdy and works better than expected just be careful on graphite shafts could crush the fibres in the shaft if not set properly.
