Not as long as my original Henry vacuum.
The media could not be loaded. It's smaller than the original, has some skill in getting into corners, works well, feels brand new, has strong brushes which are used for hard floors, whilst on carpet you want to take the brushes off. There is a switch at the top that extends and retracts the brushes, it's easy to use, not like some which are harder to click in. This one is similar to another I tested out, but is easier to navigate the brushes.It fits on any Henry hoover since the 1980's and does a good job at collecting debris off the floor, but takes a tad longer to vacuum compared to the original, which had larger gap suction hole. I thought of a design which might make this better, if there was more holes, but smaller and with mesh so it picks up dust better if it had a line either side with a mesh just big enough to pickup extra dust particles and smaller objects, but I guess the grooves are there to suck around them, and have more force towards the middle.

Good replacement for the supplied head
The brush strip had long since fallen off of the original head that came with my Henrietta so I figured a replacement was long overdue when I spotted this one.If you are familiar with the Henry head, then this one is pretty much identical, the only real difference being that it is about an inch shorter (from side to side) than the original, weight wise it is a bit lighter but it is not a plasticy lightweight copy. In use it works every bit as well as the original did so absolutely no issues there - the pop out brush is good quality and the mechanism for moving it in and out is very positive and holds it in position well. At £13 the price is very good too.

Why fid I wait so long!
Wow! What a difference this has made to my carpets and flooring! It replaced one that's 20yrs old!! So it was due an upgrade. Arrived so quick too. No excuses now 😊👍 love my Hetty xx
