Simple and effective
Simple and cheap. Exactly what I needed. Hopefully never need it, but it should scare someone off. Good buy

Very loud
Very loud, I like that you have an option to plug into electric outlet or use batteries. Wish it had a remote control, you have 5 seconds to disarm.

Effective
This was ordered because we have an indoor/outdoor cat who likes to jump on the counters. The thing is too loud for us to turn off without having ear protection, though. It was good in theory. It needs to be installed outdoors where there is less activity.

Laughable quality
Very poor quality. The quality is laughable! It says you can plug it into a power supply, but the place the wire goes is under the back cover. After you plug it in there the back cover doesn't doesn't fit over it! There also isn't a hole in the back cover to run the wire through it. It also says it has red and blue flashing lights when the alarm sounds, but, no it doesn't have any lights.The instructions are written in very poor English too.Buy something else.

Loud and easy to use
Full disclosure, the first one I got never worked and had a nasty electrical burning smell when batteries were installed. Amazon and vendor did a quick replacement, and now I am happy as can be. Setting code happens every time you replace batteries. Once set, it can do many alarms before the batteries need replacement. Loud enough I can hear from separate building (it protects my tool shed). Definitely recommend.

Flawed Speaker
Piezo Speaker flawed. Did not meet dB ratingSounded very scratchy no matter using new batteries. Factory needs better Quality Control before shipping.
