My husband loves this bread! We've had to switch to a low carb diet to help get his glucose numbers down but it's so hard to be without bread when you are used to it! It has a slightly sweet taste and a nice texture so it can be addictive but the price makes it difficult to use daily so we use it as a treat, maybe one slice a day for toast or just slathered with butter and served with soup. It doesn't appear to have a lot of preservatives either so we keep it in our refrigerator to keep it from becoming moldy too quickly. I wish I could figure out how to make bread this healthy!

it does not taste like the real bread. You will get tried of it after you finished the first loave. Share with some one is good. Too much for one person.

The bread is a wonderful substitute. It actually tastes good. I have only one complaint and it's relatively minor. I follow the ketogenic lifestyle and I only wish the bread had less protein, and more fat. When I eat 2 slices, my macros can be skewed so I have to watch how many times I eat this bread and what I eat it with. But bottom line, it's good. Expensive, but good.

This is an excellent bread. I love that I found a low carb bread that tastes good and isn't too dense or chewy. It even tastes good plain, untoasted. I can eat tuna and egg salad sandwiches again. It took some of the boring out of my low carb diet.

Great tasting bread and no tummy pain! It can't get better than that! Yes it may seem dense to those who like grocery store white bread but I have never liked that bread anyway. This is much like home made bread in the texture.
