This thing is a piece of poorly optimized trash. Firmware makes glitches a frequent occurrence and screen is consistently unresponsive. The laggy processor show this is a weaksauce piece of Chinese trash that only wishes it was on par with galaxy series hardware. Trash after 4 months
I couldn't charge the phone anymore, started having charging problems after 2 months. I had to buy a new phone after 4 months.

The item was ok until i try to connect it .. It turned out I thought it said new item and when arrived phone still active unable to insirt chip ... very upset as it was a gift . Got a refund but now im stuck with the case and too return is $5.00 not kool
