Great supplement
It seems to make a difference to my overall energy and alertness levels as well as being nice tasting. In essence £1 a day for an improvement in my wellbeing is well worth the money.

Wow
I switched to the liquid version of Centrum B12 for faster absorption, and I am very happy with it. It's a great option for anyone who dislikes swallowing pills. Pros: Fast Acting: Since it's a liquid, it seems to work much faster to curb midday fatigue compared to tablets. Great Taste: The flavor is actually pleasant, making it easy to take daily without hesitation. High Potency: Just a small daily dose provides a significant amount of B12 to support energy metabolism and mental clarity.

Saviour B12 shot!
These tiny little drinks pack a great amount of vitamin B12 , I suffer from a B12 deficiency and these help so much! Keep me energised and feeling great . Even if you aren’t deficient I would recommend

So far so good..
Nice presentation and makes a difference to having to squeeze a tablet down ones gullet ;) The mechanism to push the powder into the liquid is fidgety and you need some strength to ensure it works... I've been taking for a week... not noticed any major difference in fatigue etc...but will continue use and see. Nice flavour and nuanced design I guess on the plus side.
