Excellent non-slide mat for gym equipment!!!
This is the perfect mat for the Total Gym! We have hardwood floors and the Total gym slides, so I bought this mat to try! Perfect length, excellent value, and does not slide when using the machine.

Soft and thin
This is a pretty thin mat and soft, so more appropriate for a workout pad, but we have been using it as a rowing machine mat.

Quality and perfect fit
Perfect! I have a concept 2 rower and I put this underneath. It is the exact perfect length and width. It's just thick enough where it pads my floor and also makes it so my rower doesn't move. However it's also easy to then drag my rower with it if I need to move it. Pretty sturdy!
