I am very pleased with the response and customer service I received from Jon at Lifetime Jewelry. I bought a gold cross as a gift for my son about 2 1/2 years ago. My son wore it all the time. The gold began to fade and wear in a certain spot. I followed the procedure, registered the piece of jewelry upon purchase and sent it back according to the warranty. When it was taking a while to hear back, I contacted them . Jon personally took care of everything and made sure we had a replacement within days. I will gladly buy from them again. Very nice cross and chain, it has a beautiful luster of gold, the cross is 7/8" across and 1 1/2 " tall from the bottom of the cross to the top of the eyelet where the chain goes through. The chain itself is very fine and 20" long. I would have preferred a longer chain, that is why I rated it as a four. For the price paid and the nice quality of the piece I feel it was a good buy and would buy it again. This company (Lifetime) stands by its products and was a pleasure to work with. I got this necklace for my 13 year old son whose other necklace broke and he found this on amazon for a cheap price. As soon as you get it you can activate a free lifetime warranty on their website. This cross looks really nice and feels very premium. I was worried that this necklace at this price was too good to be true and that it might make a green mark on his neck but he wore it in a couple lacrosse games and when he got sweaty it did not make a green mark. The 18 inch size of the chain plus the size of the cross is the perfect size for a teenager. My son loves the necklace and it looks great. This product was not given to me at a discount price for a review so these are my own words.

Received item very quickly & it came with a lifetime warranty that I didn't know about - BONUS! I bought this for my fiance as the one he had recently broke. This is a very nice piece of jewelry! I was impressed with it and my fiance was also pleased. I went ahead and submitted for the warranty just in case it tarnishes or breaks, but from the looks of it, I doubt there will be an issue. The workmanship looks to be of very good quality. And I like the top of the charm where the chain goes thru as it's a heavier piece than you normally get.I would recommend this item without hesitating. Thanks!

Bought for my son. Chain fell apart first 5 weeks of ware. Brought to a jewelry store. Had repaired. Fell apart again after another 3 to 4 weeks. Brought back to jeweler and he said its not worth fixing. Chain had already tarnished and so has crucifix. I bought a quality chain at the jeweler store and now looking for a quality crucifix. Pay more and buy something with craftsmanship. I waisted my money buying this junk. "You get what you pay for". Don't buy this cheap product.

Chain is short and dainty. Maybe good for a woman. We’d like to get a longer thicker chain. The crucifix does not have the best detail, but actually looks good on my son. Lifetimes jewelry and warranties are actually very good though. We’ve bought at least 4 pieces from them.
