It really feels good to give something five stars and this definitely earned it. It's flexible. It gets really warm. (hot) and it's a neutral color but easy to find under the covers. I can recommend it 100%.

I’ve only had it two days and it isn’t working. Can someone tell me why it’s suddenly on 8 and 69 minutes when I turn it on instead of 3 and 69 min. Help!!! I love this thing, best, warmest and largest heating pad I’ve ever had. I’m wondering if it got bounced around being delivered in the box it came instead of inside another one. I hate returning things. My water kettle and milk whipper( that’s not what it’s called were broke when I purchased them. With the milk whipper I hit it a little against the wall and it worked on one setting for two weeks then worked normally from then on. Still working. You need to package things better. It’s got to be a nuisance for you and for the customer . I live in a small town and hate driving two and a half hours to buy things. But, this isn’t working out. Anything I can do to the heating pad to get it to work?????

This is by far the best thing that I have ever used. It is like putting on a sweater except for you don't pull it over your head. It is made of soft felt like cloth which has the heating elements running through it from the base all the way to the neck. As you can see from the picture that Amazon has for this listing the lady has wrapped it around her neck and snapped it in place. I'm 6 ft tall and I'm sitting on my sofa and I snap it around my neck and use the drawstrings on its side to tie it to my body and turn it on from a heat setting of one to six, I feel heat all the way from my tailbone all the way around my neck and shoulders. It is Fan-Tastic! And it is washable. You simply unplug it and then machine wash on gentle cycle or what I'm going to do is hand wash it and hang it up on the line in my basement. I don't want to take any chances of damaging any of the wires that run through it or causing it to shrink. Whatever you do don't put it in your dryer. And do not put it in your washer on regular cycle.

Bought this heating pad in October 2024 and it quit working February 2025. Worked great for 4 months then quit. Display started flashing. Have contacted company. If they help me on this purchase I will change my review.As a person true to my word. I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review. The company contacted me about the problem I was having with the heating pad. Ask me some questions, had me do some troubleshooting and within a couple of days issued me a full refund and apologized for their product not meeting their expectations and are going to try and determine why it failed in such a short period of time.So even though the product failed so soon after purchase I’m still going to give them a 5 Star review because of their concerns for product reliability and customer satisfaction. My opinion they went out of their way to make things right and was very courteous and apologetic.

Update: I missed responses from the seller who actually reached out, it turns out their customer service is very kind and helpful. They helped me with a refund because the one i recieved was faulty it looks like, going to buy a second one and give the product a second chance.Original old review: Disappointed because this heating pad got VERY warm, never had to turn the dial past 3 or 4. However after a week i noticed the led lights flashing on it and stopped heating completely.Tried to contact the seller because it worked really well while it functioned.Unfortunately the seller never responded, so I will have to return this.Don't recommend this product unless you want it to self destruct after one week.

I had an issue with the pad. I thought for sure I was going to take the hit on the price, but to my surprise, the seller reached out to make things right. I found the interaction easy, pleasant and I would not hesitate buying again from them. I highly recommend them. They back their product.

It was great at first, but only lasted 2 months. Loved the size of this heating pad. It definitely got way to hot passed level 2. After having it for 2 months, turned it on, and it started flashing an 8 on the screen. I looked up the brand, did some troubleshooting. It was an over heat protection warning. I did all the things it told me to do to fix the issue and it still will not work. I believe this heating pad just gets way to hot and will quit working pretty quickly. Even using it on a low level.

I got this heating pad because of its size. Originally it seemed okay, then a month later it starts with the flashing numbers and all the other complaints you can read in the reviews, but I just made sure to unplug it after every use. But here's the real kicker, turned it on one night when I was having pain, set it to #1, the lowest setting you can set it to, woke up in incredible pain to find my abdominal area, back, and chest area covered in blisters and burns!!! YES! Many burn marks and many blisters. All at the lowest setting you can set it to.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! (See note below)UPDATE: I would like to note in my review that after contacting the seller, they did provide me with a full refund and exemplary customer service. They were genuinely concerned about my wounds and did check in on how I was doing several times. Seller also stated that they would be reviewing and possibly modifying their listing to add additional safety information. Things with the heating pad may have gone wrong but the sellers genuineness and customer service was something you don’t find everyday anymore! I will upgrade my review to 3 stars for that reason, I believe in giving credit where credit is due and this seller earned my respect!Seller did advise to not lay directly on the pad, nor too use any blankets on top of the pad as this can trap heat and cause burning.
