This is the best lifting tape ever: - can be used for various gym related pursuits - the roll lasts a very long time - easy to tear off / split in half without scissors - stays on / isn't affected by sweat However, can be hard to come by in the UK for a non-inflated price.

Best tape I have found for crossfit. Regularly use to tape up the base of my fingers to stop them ripping and it will stay on for several days at a time even when doing a lot of bar work! Nice soft fabric which allows it to mould to the shape of your hand/fingers.

I do like this tape, it's probably the best I've used, but it does work out quite expensive. The main use I give this tape is taping my thumbs when cleaning or snatching. This really helps, because it stops you getting blisters, but also makes it much easier to grip during exercises requiring a hook grip. The problem with it is, despite only using it to tape my thumbs, it does run out quickly and at £10.00 a pop, you're probably looking at about £50 a year, depending how much you train... quite a sum for tape. That said, when I do tear my hands because I've forgot to put tape on, it reminds me that perhaps it's a necessary expensive for weightlifters...

Does exactly what I wanted. The grip before hand was dire but now with this tape it’s a game changer

Fantastic tape, no flex or give so have to re work how I tape my thumbs but otherwise tough and super sticky.

The tape does the job I wanted. I have just got back into Kettlebells during this gym shut down period. My fingers and palms have been suffering and the tape is the ideal solution to prevent this happening.

I think there are stickier tapes out there that will do a better job. My physio gave me some other tape a while ago which was awesome, this product is nowhere near as good. It works ok if you’re wrapping it end-to-end i.e. around a finger, thumb or wrist...but if you want it to cross your hand to protect palms, cover calluses, etc. It’s no good for this, as just not sticky enough. I will use this roll but won’t be buying it again.

Worked well, saved my thumbs during as noted above during Crossfit Open. Friend ordered thumb numbs but they didn't come in time so the tape was shared and again worked well. It isn't cheap but then neither are creams and plaster for torn skin and lost days in the gym in another way, so I will be purchasing again in the future

Excelente producto

Really good tape for sports. It’s not the soft kind (texture similar to medical tape) but the grip on the sticky and top sides is great. I used it during CrossFit workouts for powerlifting and doing any gymnastics (pull ups, etc). Also used it to take my wrist while recovering from an injury. It stabilized the wrist and I was pain free afterwards. Overall, I would recommend.

Flexible and stick only to itself

Works exactly as expected. I use this to wrap my thumbs if they're getting torn up by a bar or stabilize my wrist if I need extra support. It adheres pretty well to clothing and very well to skin in my opinion - if wrapping arms/wrists/anything but fingers, be super careful taking it off as the adhesive can be very strong!
