A nice Pressure Cooker. We did our first batch of Canned Pumpkin to use to make Pumpkin Pies. I used an induction glass top stove and we used 2 of these pressure cookers and made 14 quarts of canned Pumpkin. Pressure relief valve worked well and always vents at 15 lb of Pressure. We canned our Pumpkin at 10 lb for 90 min and it was a simple easy process to maintain the 10 lb Pressure by adjusting our heat. Oh and by the way I bought 2 of these Pressure cookers.

Works very well, gets to 15psi quick and stays there! It works excellent, great for sterilization!

I have an induction range and needed to update my pressure cooker. This cooker is perfect worked like a charm. Hits 14 psi with out any issues and keeps pretty steady. It’s extremely easy to use. Comes with a bottom spacer to keep jars off the bottom. Comes to pressure without any issues. I felt completely safe using this pressure. It’s large enough to cook 7 quarts each time hitting its cooking time easily. It’s extremely easy to clean after using. I would not hesitate to purchase this pressure cooker.

I use this to sterilize substrate and cultures for mycology. This thing is perfect for a beginner. The noise isn't too loud in my opinion. No leaks once the seal sets. Very thick durable allow metal. Not safe for dishwasher On the box it says dishwasher safe but the minerals will deposit on the cooker leaving very unpleasant look. Tap water not safe The minerals will deposit inside the cooker. Discoloring the tray and the pot. I'm sure the taste would be fine with tap water but if you're looking to keep it nice. Use only distilled water.

It comes with a rack which is not mentioned in the product details, I bought a rack separately and didn't need it. Otherwise, it works well, it is large and comes with a silicon gasket that seals well. Really good for the price.

This "canner" does not can. The seal was really loose, and had a chunk gone out of it. It would not seal, no matter what I tried. It is also an odd size, so buying a replacement seal is impossible. I ordered numerous different ones, but none fit. I returned the pot, and purchased one from somewhere else. It might be ok to use just for cooking, but it will not hold pressure at all. It is a waste of money. I would give it zero stars, but it won't let me

This baby is beautiful! It’s much bigger than my last canner. I can’t wait to use it. It comes with a very detailed user manual that details the safety features. It explains installation of the pressure gauge, but it arrived pre-installed, so I’ll just check to make sure everything is tight. I got my last one used 20+ years ago and it finally developed metal fatigue with an invisible hairline crack that wouldn’t let it seal. I think this will be an heirloom passed down.
