Had to order twice due to 1st one either was stolen of my door step or was mis-delivered, either way I never got it. Amazon re-order but is now expecting my to return the 1st pair or I will be charged for both pair (luckily the part is fairly cheap but still I should not be charged for something I didn't get). Not the dealers fault at all. I did get the second pair to replace the 1st pair and in a very timely manner (thank you so much). The install went very easy and only took about 30 mins (I did have to fish out a part from behind the panel, try not to drop anything back there lol). I have gone years with out replacing the supports and I should have done it a long time ago, so much easier than I though it would be. The only thing that is not ideal is the boots that come with it, I either put the boot on the wrong side and need to switch them or they are just a little bit to small the tend to poke out from behind the side panels, but not by much.

They worked until they didn’t
So you’re wondering why I gave 5 stars when I suggested that they failed. Yes, 1 strut failed after a few weeks and leaked oil into my freshly detailed interior which stunk. I contacted the seller and without hesitation, they immediately sent me replacements. Now that’s customer service! So far they are performing flawless thus the 5 star rating.
