Having decided to go grey disgracefully, I reached for the bleach, added a handful of highlights, and went in with the silver box dye to blend in with my ever greying streaks... Which was great until I washed it and the ash turned a trashy yellow. I tried toners but they didn't give me the wow factor. And I tried purple shampoo by the handful. But I was always left disappointed. I didn't want to dye my hair once a week and so, after much research, I decided to give this hair mask a go. First impressions - the smell is amazing. The mask is thick in consistency, but goes on well. Do wear gloves - I didn't and lived with blue nails for a few days. I left it on for 12 minutes and the difference was noticeable. My hair was super soft and definitely more silver, but not quite what I wanted. I waited until my next wash day and tried again, leaving it on for 15 minutes and wow, it's gorgeous! I mean actually ashes grey gorgeous. My hair feels healthier than it has in forever and the colour is better than the initial hair dye. I will be using this on every other wash to maintain the cool colour which incidentally matches my au natural silvers!

I have repurchased this a few times now and so felt high time I left a review. This mask is amazing at getting out unwanted brassy tones from bleached hair. I usually leave it on slightly longer than stated and it works a dream. This mask managed to correct brassiness that was left behind even after using the Well T18 toner and I SWEAR BY IT! For me it's a really great alternative to toning that doesn't damage my hair, but actively helps it as it's incredibly deep conditioning. I'd also like to add that I initially purchased this product a little guiltily as I'm really trying to cut down on my plastic purchasing but I was so desperate for something to fix my hair. This could be stated in the product info, which to be truthful, I never read, but I was delighted to find out that all their packaging is not only completely recyclable but is actually made from 100% recycled ocean plastic! So you're actually helping the oceans when you buy from this company! The gloves that the products come with are also biodegradable so if single use non-recyclable plastic or even recyclable plastic is a concern for you, and you're struggling to find something to tone your bleached hair I highly recommend this mask. Their products are also paraben, sulfate AND cruelty free. I can't praise this company and their products enough - they're great for your hair, the environment and animals. What more could you want? P.S - I've included some photos of a before and after the first use of the mask on my previously toned hair, so you can see the difference it made. Excuse the embarrassing pics lol these were the only ones I have from that time frame to show the notable difference.

I wasn't expecting much from this product since my usual purple shampoo works well enough for me, but this was a whole new level! There wasn't much scent to it but the scent that was there was lovely. Its left my hair very soft which might not seem like much but I've bleached my hair a lot the past few months, about 6 times, so my hair wasn't in the best condition. It neutralised the orange/yellow tones and lightened my hair very well. I was left with a purple tinge but that was fault on my side. I left it on far too long and I bleached my hair about 1 week ago. The purple looked really bright when my hair was wet but when I dried it, it looked more white with just a little purple showing. The mask is very thick and also very pigmented and could make someone a bit anxious to use it, but it is supposed to be that way. I was surprised to see it was purple in the tub but turned blue when I put it on my hair. I dont know if there's something in it that reacts to the underlying pigments of various parts of the hair strands to make it change colour or not. Overall I am very pleased with this product and will buy again in future to help keep my hair bright and soft!

Tried this today after finding the purple shampoos were drying my hair out. I washed my hair and put this in... left it in for 5/6 minutes and washed it out. Well... the highlights around the front of my face were actually purple! It definitely cools down yellow tones! I used to use Osmo shampoo and I thought THAT was pigmented..! This stuff is good but be careful with highlights! It also had a slightly weird smell when I dried my hair... I'll probably follow up with another conditioner next time because of that. So yeah, it works, and my hair was soft afterwards, just be careful with how long you leave it in for!

Spot on. I decided to get a Peekaboo style with silvery platinum under my hair and I knew full well keeping it a cool silver would be impossible after about 5 washes post salon. It would inevitably start turning brassy. Brass be gone! This stuff is a miracle. It keeps my hair a lovely silvery plat. Doesn't matter if you get it on your skin, it wipes off easily and doesn't stain too much (hands maybe, use gloves though). I've used it a few times before leaving a review but overall I'm so happy with it. It's so easy to wash my hair, pop this on and the finish washing after leaving it in. It also smells luuuush. Honestly I absolutely love the smell, it's so nice. I can't wait to go back to the salon to have the top half dyed light brown and have them shook'th that my bleached parts haven't turned brass. Plus, if you leave it in too long and find a hint of lavender colour in your hair, just do another shampoo and bosh, it's gone down a notch. But I don't mind overdoing it and having the lavender tint. Also leaves my hair feeling super soft afterwards. I combine it with a Touch of Silver conditioner for extra softness and because the scent is super similar. Note, as others have said if you have dark blonde it will not do anything to it. My top half is dark blonde and I did a tester and it changed nada. But it does say that on the tub so yeah.

Of the hundred or more items I’ve purchased on Amazon I have never felt the urge to write a review. I ordered this purple toning mask for blonde hair yesterday, it came the same day which was amazing... I tried the mask this afternoon after washing and conditioning my hair. I took the risk and left the mask in for 15 minutes... despite what the recommendations said. I have bleached my hair now 5 times since December 2020... going from black to blonde... I toned my hair multiple times... I tried the shimmer lights purple shampoo(which hardly made a difference, toning was uneven, hair felt like straw)... and nothing at all has toned my hair quite like using this mask just one time. I am so impressed. It left my hair feeling soft, smelling great and the toned colour is beautiful. It is insane to me you can get such a fantastic result without dying your hair. My hair is pretty damaged.. I’ve also only washed it twice since bleaching/toning it last and the mask left my hair feeling better and less brittle than it was prior to using the mask. I would recommend this to anyone trying to get rid of the orangey/ rusty/ brassy toned in their hair. I even used this mask on the more reddish-brown sections and it also toned them to a more natural shade... much less vibrant.

Nachdem ich vor ca. 8 Jahren mit blonden Strähnen anfangen habe, dann zu Ombré und anschließend Balayage gewechselt habe, bin ich mittlerweile bei einem wasserstoffblonden Bob angelangt. D.h., dass ich also viel Erfahrung mit Blond, Blond-Pflege, Silber-Shampoos, Kuren, &&&& habe. ;-) Ich habe in den Jahren wirklich etliche Produkte ausprobiert und will gar nicht wissen wie viel Geld ich dafür insgesamt ausgegeben habe. Vieles war aus der Drogerie (Swiss-O-Par, Guhl), zuletzt aber verstärkt Friseur-Produkte, die leider nicht gerade günstig waren (z.B.: L'Oreal Profesionnel, Wella System Professional, Mangala Tönungskur von Glynt). Ich muss sagen, nichts davon war der Bringer für mich, am ehesten vllt. noch die Mangala Kur. An allen diesen Produkten hat mich am meisten das ewige Einwirken genervt. Ich habe im Alltag einfach nicht die Zeit und Lust mein Shampoo oder Spülung 20min und mehr einwirken zu lassen. Ohne das lange Einwirken hatte man aber einfach quasi 0,0 Effekt. Mit dieser Haarmaske habe ich aber ENDLICH ein gutes Produkt für meine Pflege gefunden, das wirklich das tut was es soll: Den Gelbstich neutralisieren- und zwar sofort! Ich benutze die Kur bei jeder, bis jeder zweiten Wäsche und lasse sie ca 2 bis max. 5 min einwirken, das reicht bei mir vollkommen! Für den Beginn würde ich empfehlen die Maske lieber zu kurz als zu lang zu tragen- ich habe es tatsächlich auch schon einmal geschafft meine Ponysträhnen komplett ergrauen zu lassen. Beim Auftragen deswegen auch unbedingt darauf achten die Maske gleichmäßig und sorgfältig in die Haare einzuarbeiten, ggf. dafür einem Kamm benutzen. Neben dem Silber-Effekt finde ich auch, dass sie sehr gut pflegt, meinem mehrmals voll blondiertem Haar sieht man die Strapazen wirklich nicht an. Es ist glänzend, fast schon seidig und ich habe weder Spliss noch Haarbruch (schone es aber auch wo ich kann). Auch Grund dafür wieso ich die Kur jetzt wieder nachgekauft habe. Wer allerdings wirklich einen Färbe-Unfall/ Experiment hatte oder fleckiges Blond hat, dem empfehle ich aber ganz klar eine professionelle Farbkorrektur beim Frisör. Da die Kur logischerweise auf jeder Grundfarbe gleich stark reagiert, kann sie so etwas natürlich nicht ausgleichen... ist ja auch kein Zaubermittel. Alles in allem von mir alle Daumen nach oben!

This stuff is amazing. Makes hair feel nice and soft afterwards whilst maintaining that purple/grey pigment. Love it. Great Value, great product. Must buy if you love the silver look. Hair masks are treatments too!!

La mejor mascarilla que he probado para pelo con mechas blancas. No deja azul, el cabello queda nutrido, muy nutrido, suelto y matizado. No la he vuelto a encontrar, una pena porque es fantástica !!
