As for photo, looks like it does in the product photo. That’s to say the chrome is shiny and the cylinder is well lubricantes with grease and the plastic clip looked sturdy.I had to take the four of five screws off my door panel to remove the door panel. Keep in mind you may have to unscrew the light at the bottom of the panel, a quarter trim will do it.The lock itself, is again clean and works very well. The tumbler works like new, obviously it is. But, dealing with slightly binding locks before, actually changed them because someone tried to break into my truck, they broke the small vent window to get in. So dealing with binding locks before for less than 30-45 min to replace both locks was worth it.I really do like them and makes the truck, first impression-getting in, feel smooth and trust worthy.Fast shipment and great product. Wished the ignition switch and door locks were in a set with a key that works on both products.

Awesome! I have been using these for about 3 months. So smooth to unlock and a person with little to no experience can install these.i recommend some type of glue for the outer side.
