Really excellent, surprisingly so. Yes the chili crisp packet is a little tough to empty but if you spend 5 extra seconds with a spoon it's easy. Yes they could be spicier, but they are really very well spiced as-is. I would just remind people you can always make something more spicy! The big difference is that the noodles are not fried, and it does make a big difference in taste. Just miles and miles away from others I've tried, plus just throw in some fresh green onion and some impossible steak ends or nuggets, it's fantastic.

So delicious and hits my Szechuan peppercorn flavor itch within minutes. Incredibly satisfying taste! The squiggly noodles texture is delightful. I didn’t love it at first but I was hooked by the last bite and started to crave it often in the cold winter months. I also recommended this to others who enjoyed it just as much!

The noodles have a texture / feel that I am not used to but the taste is okay but adding the chili oil to cheap noodles makes them taste great too. So for the price of this noodle, I can add frozen veggies, meat and a chili oil to cheaper noodles for a complete meal

These are really good! Spicy and I don't feel bad for eating them since the noodles are on the healthier side. Would definitely buy again.

I’m not quite sure what I was expecting but I didn’t particularly love this. The noodles were good and had a nice chewy texture, but the flavor of the sauce was kinda overwhelming and I felt a little sick after eating it - not actually sick but that uncomfortable feeling when you eat something too oily or fatty. I think I just like chili crisp in smaller doses. It did have a nice heat to it. For the rest of the packages I think I will just eat the noodles and add a different sauce or maybe I need to add some vegetables or meat with it to counter balance the overwhelming amount of oily chili crisp. I don’t think I would purchase again.

These noodles are unlike any I’ve ever had. They’re spicy, tangy, sour, and very savory with lots of umami notes. The noodles are incredibly unique, and they retain their chewy texture and really grab onto the sauce. If you’re looking for sweeter noodles, try the sweet and spicy version by this brand, because these pack a big punch of Chinese black vinegar, shallots, and fermented black beans. It’s helpful to combine all the sauce packets (3) first in the bowl you intend to serve in, then add the hot noodles and toss to coat. I believe the quality is commensurate with the cost. If you’re on the fence, please try them.
