I brought this as I heard it was good for hot flushes and it works not ha a hot flush since started taking them,will buy again

Used to eliminate menopausal symptoms. I have used product for years and have never suffered any peri menopause/ menopause problems.

First time i used this company and product, mainly to alleviate hot flushes Found i did need to take 2 capsules a day, but delivery was fast and the plastic container is easy to open Capsules are quite large to swallow but no problem for me I choose to try this product as it was cheaper than another company i used before

Bought it for PMS and hormonal acne, does absolutely nothing for me. On the other hand another supplement called DIM cleared that issue up

I was skeptical about these working for night sweats, but I was so sick of waking up 3-5 times a night in a soaking sweat, throwing the covers off, falling asleep, and then waking up freezing because the covers were off (winter in Idaho) - and then - doing it all over again an hour or so later! After the capsules arrived, I started taking 3 capsules per day. I woke up the first two nights with one or two episodes, the third night I woke up at 5:00 am and realized that I had slept 7 hours without waking up - I was thrilled. I have now been taking them for 3 weeks at 3 per day, and in that entire time, I have woke up maybe twice over-all with a night-sweat attack, but even then, it was much more mild than previously. I have been so pleased and I will continue to take them until my body goes beyond this stage of life. Great product, helped re-leave exactly the issue that I purchased them for!
