Does anyone know the capacity or volume of each compartment? Do the small compartments hold about 1/2 cup of food and the large one about 1 cup?

Each section holds 1/2 cup of food. And then the fruit and veggie section 1 cup depending on what it is. If it is really leafy like spinach or lettuce, then it will still hold 1/2 cup on that side, it will just sit higher on the plate.
