I am on a health journey and I read if you’re taking a GLP-1 that you should be taking these vitamins. I have had no issues with the vitamins. Are they helping? Well that I don’t know. I read they’re supposed to help with hair loss. I have been on a GLP-1 for eight months and I have never really experienced hair loss, so maybe they are working. They are small and easy to swallow. I would say they don’t have any taste to them. I have experienced zero side effects from them. I have purchased several times and will continue to.
