IT HELPS
I have chronic facial pain. Use a group of pain medications but still have daily mild to severe pain. Had a prescription cream that included ibuprofen & a "hot" ingredient. Fumes from it irritated eyes, didn't work well. Tried this & it does help especially if pain not severe. No fumes. Doesn't irritate facial skin either - I have Rosacea & Psoriasis. At price well worth a try.

I liked that it had no scent which is important to me. It did temporarily reduce my foot pain but honestly no more than anyother cream such as ben gay, etc. It wasn't greasy though and absorbed quickly and these are all pluses but was a bit priceyand I may or may not buy again at the price.

works well
only product I've found with 4% lidocaine. higher % needs a prescription and costs more. this is expensive enough but it works on arthritis, sciatica etc external so no need for pills. don't know why higher % requires a RX. can't smoke or ingest this stuff. no 'high' can be gotten from the cream and other menthol like bengay just don't work.

They usually smell like grandmas house and don't work very well
I'm not a big user of pain relief creams. They usually smell like grandmas house and don't work very well. But I got some of this as a free sample a couple years ago. I have a trashed knee - snapped ACL, ripped ligaments, etc. that I had to let heal w/o surgery since of course the accident that caused it all happened during the one -year period of my life that I was uninsured. So I have an achy knee. This stuff works amazingly well. Plus, I've recently begun to experience what I'm sure is the start of arthritis in my thumbs. I can massage this into them and the positive effects last for two or three days.Even my elderly mother, who has severe arthritis in her hands has found it better than some othe the other creams on the market. This product is odor-free, you will notice the medicated feel on your fingers and you won't want to touch your eyes with it. But I've found it really helpful.Excellent product.

Fairly Good Pain Relief
This product gives me good surface-pain relief. Relief is only for about an hour or so but this is better than nothing. Maximum amount of lidocaine (4%) does make the difference.
