Sony Bravia 9 (65-inch) – Review
⭐ Sony Bravia 9 (65-inch) – ReviewThe Sony Bravia 9 has genuinely impressed me, and it easily stands out as one of the best TVs I’ve used. Here’s my experience after spending time with it:📺 Picture QualityThe picture is the strongest selling point. Sony’s HDR handling is exceptional — highlights are extremely bright without washing out detail, and darker scenes stay rich and controlled. The contrast jumps out immediately, especially in movies with high dynamic range.🎨 Colour & MotionColours look natural rather than over-saturated. Skin tones in particular look authentic.Sony’s motion processing is also excellent; fast-moving sports, gaming, and action scenes stay smooth without introducing that artificial “soap opera” look.🔉 Sound QualityFor a TV this slim, the built-in audio is surprisingly good. Dialogue is clear, bass has presence, and the positioning of the speakers gives a sense of depth. You don’t need a soundbar to enjoy it — but pairing one makes it even better.🎮 GamingInput lag is low, and 4K 120Hz performance is very responsive.VRR and ALLM work as expected. The picture remains clean even in fast gameplay.🌟 Brightness & ReflectionsThe Bravia 9 handles bright rooms extremely well. Reflections are controlled, and the panel is bright enough for daytime viewing.HDR movies especially benefit from the high peak brightness.🛠️ Build Quality & DesignSony’s build feels premium — sturdy stand, clean lines, and a minimalist look. The menu system is fast and easy to navigate.👍 Final VerdictThe Bravia 9 is an outstanding TV with class-leading picture quality, impressive brightness, realistic colour, and strong built-in audio. It’s a premium option, but in terms of image performance and overall experience, it absolutely delivers.⭐ Overall rating: 4.8 / 5

Stunning visual treat
An absolute beautiful TV display. I was a little apprehensive going fron OLED to a QLED Mini LED, but the black are so deep and sharp on this screen it is almost indistinguishable from an OLED, plus the colours really pop. An all round stunning display well worth the investment.

Pray it doesn't give you any issues
So after 8 months of owning the Bravia the sound.started giving issues with a crackling noise. So as we bought the TV via Amazon I reached out to them for support and was instructed to contact Sony directly and they would tend to the issue. Contacted Sony and provided a laundry list of information and a video of the soundnissue as proof. They then sent out technical support to review the issue. After inspection they advised they would order the parts and get it fixed on site a week later.Less than a week later the TV randomly started to switch off so I contacted the technician and they collected the TV. Since then I have been contacting them weekly with ko real updates. They eventually asked me to contact Sony support as the warrantee should according to their own terms already warranted a replacement be provided. Spoke to several of their support staff in Egypt and asked for a manager as I was outright told that they will look at it in good time and I must simply accept their ever shifting repair date. Its been more than a month and still my TV has not been returned. As Amazon was the agent that sold me the set I contacted them for guidance and again was told its not their problem and that I should.get the set back from the repair agent and request a Amazon engineer to come out and look at the issue, to which the repair agent reused to return the set. As they have aparts delivery date soon. It's been a nightmare and even though its a wonderful TV its been the most horrendous experience I have ever been through from a support perspective.
