Easy to use, maintains temperature
We make alot of chocolate covered pretzels, we used to use the double boiler on the oven. We had issues maintaining constant temperature and would have issues with the chocolate clumping from time to time. I decided to see if this would help the situation, we've used it for 3 months with no issues. It maintains the temperature of the chocolate and now there is little waste and better looking chocolate pretzels! It is very easy to use, set the desired temperature, there is a light to indicate it is heating up, once it gets to temperature, the light turns off. I would recommend this.
