Great knife right out the box. I’m just an average home cook. The balance is a little further forward in the knife than some of my others but it’s not drastic. It’s sharp fresh out the box and really comfortable in my hand. This is my first knife with this shape handle and I’m more upset I haven’t bought one earlier. It obviously looks great and it looks just like it does in the pictures. Time will tell how well it holds up but so far it seems like it’s got decent durability for this price point

I’m a chef and have used dozens of really nice knives throughout the years. This knife is great. Heavier than most Japanese knives i’ve used. Sharpness oob is great. Comfort is great, they round the back of the blade and it’s really comfortable. I like it more than knives i paid 5 times as much for. Anything with a higher Rockwell hardness can chip, just happens. A good resharpen should take care of the problem. Buy it and enjoy it, wash and dry immediately after use.

I love the knife and it’s perfect. Super comfy, sharpe, and perfect weight but the knife had quality issues. Straight out of the box the tip was damaged. EDIT: The sellers are fantastic and reached out after I reported the issue and tried to fix the problem and compensated for the issue with a more than reasonable response.

Knife is balanced upon opening, it may lose that quality after sharpening, it might have been the users fault for not sharpening right but I’ve bought another knife recently in December and it just feels different, better than the old one. The knife was bought during the holidays at original price of $59.99. The old knife was bought at discount price. If sharpening the knife isn’t the problem, then the quality is different at discount periods?

Very very Sharp, when I first used the knife it went right through the fajitas like a hot knife through butter. Using it again tonight. Thinking of getting me a second one for pearing

Al primo utilizzo, il filo si è rovinato, scheggiandosi, e nel taglio di un alimento morbido, non di certo ossa o gusci. Sono rimasto molto deluso. L'aspetto estetico è davvero notevole, ma l'affilatura e l'affidabilità del prodotto sono pessimi nella mia esperienza.
