Perfect fit for my Mexican made Strat!!!! If u have a Mexican made strat this will work I would assume and American made strat would be the same. Don't listen to the bad reviews especially if u have a Mexican made strat. Fit mine with no modification needed. And it's cheap!!!! Love it!Update: If you are using a covered humbucker then you will need to widen the bridge slot a tad. I originally had an uncovered pickup and it fit no problem. I recently put in a covered pickup and had to sand the pick guard a little to get the cover to fit. Still works great just need a little bit of work. Cann't even tell I had to sand a bit away. Great product.

I got the 3 ply black pickguard.Amazing quality. These pickguarda come with some sheilding on them, which I thought was an excellent touch at this price range. All the necessary screws were included and the pickguard fit perfectly.My only complaint was the screw holes didn't line up perfectly.I do have an Indonesian Squier strat, so I'm sure that the screw holes line up with a "proper strat."I would absolutely buy again for future projects and would recommend for other player.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised with this pickguard. I wanted to change out the pickguard on my Fender Player HSS Strat, but Fender replacement ones are fairly expensive so I gave this Musiclily guard a shot.I wasn't expecting much for the inexpensive price, but it's quite impressive -- it's a nice rich red/orange tortoiseshell, the beveled edges are smoothly cut, and all the pickup and control cutouts and all 11 screw-holes match the original perfectly. Very nice pickguard!

Changing the pickguard on my beater strat made it pop with character and added a definite wow factor. Pickguard is triple layered and not the cheap thin crap

I am lad I disregarded the other reviews. I own a Fender Strat and this popped right in allowing me to add a Humbucker that I also bought here. It provides AMAZING array of sounds now! If you have a knock off strat the holes may not line up but if so, drill a small hole in each and it will cover so it will fit ANY Strat style! Enjoy and keep Rockin!

Worked good fit great back cover plate did not fit exactly but still worked worked by putting in a few new holes.

wrong colour. this was described as red but item is muddy brown. also the item uses dye sublimation type effect printed onto plastic instead of actual Tortoise pattern.dye sublimation is used in colour images in printed media. if you look closely you will see the image is made up of tiny dots of varying sizes.looks cheap and nasty.the build quality is OK but the actual pattern is awful due to it being printed on

What's going to install this on my Fender Stratocaster after getting everything off the original pickguard I had realized that the humbucker cut out is cut out way too low and close to the bridge and it exposes would below your Bridge and will not allow the pickup just sit inside without smashing against the wood. The humbucker cut out needs to be fixed on this product would be great because the plastic quality is awesome and cutouts have been done nice and sharp

Great product I have bought many pickguards from same company and have never once been disappointed. I installed this on my 2003 mim stratocaster and very happy with the quality and the looks of it. Everything lined up perfectly with no problems at all.
