So handy!
The Lunch Box is so handy! I work on the road. This saved me a ton of money, especially during colder weather. Instead of eating out every day, I could enjoy a hot, homemade lunch. It's also great when I'm in the office. They make great gifts! I've bought three so far.

Could use improvement, but works as advertised! Basically a mini hot-plate.
So far so good! If I were helping on a redesign I'd 1. ask for more space in/pockets on the outside of the insulated carry bag 2. a built-in way to keep your food cool until it was time to heat it (like a layer with a thin ice pack) and 3. a small "rack" that sits on the bottom so food isn't directly sticking to the stainless steel vessel.#1 is easy enough to solve if you keep this in a backpack: just throw the snacks and other food things in your larger bag. For #2, I noticed none of the other reviews I've seen mention keeping the leftovers at a safe temp prior to heating, so I wanted to throw this out there: I put a mini ice pack in a sandwich bag and just rested it on top of the food (a burger patty and cheese for this first try) to keep it at a safe temperature within the insulated bag until it was time for lunch. I don't have access to a refrigerator, and the manual says not to refrigerate the unit anyhow. For #3, I might try foil, or cut a piece from a wire cooling rack if I find one at the thrift store. Adding water doesn't really keep food from sticking.Otherwise, this does everything it advertises!

Realmente cumple su objetivo. La calificó con 4 estrellas xq el pozuelo plástico que viene con ella, no se puede poner dentro, a la hora de calentar, porque se derrite el fondo y su estuche es muy frágil, se deteriora muy rápido. Calienta muy bien, si desea su comida bien caliente la puede poner 20min antes de que la vaya a comer, si la desea tibia, pues ya sabe, un poco menos de tiempo bastará.
