Wow! Happy Camper here!
I was not really shopping for a new small laptop, but I was frustrated with an older ASUS with only 4GB memory that couldn't do a thing for me. I restore vintage photos and I need a machine that can run professional photo editing software (ON1 and Topaz Labs products) and can handle the graphics processing load. I have a powerful Windows desktop as well as a Mac but I wanted a portable alternative. I did not want to break my bank account either. After searching through dozens of models, I stumbled on the ZWYING 2-in-1 Mini Laptop. It offered 16GB memory and a 1TB SSD, priced much less than $500. I was intrigued. The specs looked very good: touchscreen, metal body, backlit keyboard, type-C USB, 13th Gen N95 Processor. The kind of features I was looking for. Most reviews from purchasers were positive. The few that were not so attractive seemed to be a few years old. I got the impression that the model evolved over time, probably as a response to feedback. That's a good sign. I thought I'd give it a try. I AM IN LOVE! This little guy is lovely to look at, sturdy as heck, and a mini powerhouse. I've been using it exclusively for 5 days now. It can handle all my software as well as the processing. It's is a bit slower than my desktop, but not bad at all. If I need more oomph, I'll use the Mac or cloud servers. I have been remoting via RDP to the ZWYING for now as I've been setting things up and copying files from my other machines, so I cannot comment yet regarding the ease of use of keyboard and touchscreen. That will come. The model I received only has two Type-C USB ports (one for power and one for everything else). There is no HDMI port and no USB-A. There is an audio port for headphones. You will need to purchase a USB C Hub that has all the extra ports you require, but these hubs are very cheap, around $10-$20. Unless it is completely hidden from view, there is no SD card reader. You may add that criteria in your search for the USB C Hub. Windows setup is different from most new machines. It appears to be a "build" rather than a fresh Windows installation. Enter your Microsoft user account to personalize. I installed and scanned with Malwarebytes immediately to make sure it was clean. No worries. There is no Windows Product Key included in the packaging, but search on Google how to retrieve it from the Registry. Chrome browser and Microsoft Office 2019 are installed. The Office Product ID can be viewed in the About Microsoft Word 2019 screen. I was surprised to see that a mouse was included. I haven't checked yet if it uses Bluetooth to connect, but it has a type-A USB connector which would only work if you get a hub. There is also a screen stylus in the box but I have not played with it yet. I am quite pleased with this machine. No snags with setting it up. I have not yet received the USB C Hub I ordered from Amazon, so I can't comment on using it yet. But all in all, this was a great purchase and I highly recommend it.

Solid budget laptop if tablet mode isn't your main thing
I've used this laptop for a planned movie night with a USB stick when electricity died. Got three movies out of it. Decent sound quality. Battery life otherwise is pretty nice, don't have to turn off constantly. My main gripe is the "tablet" mode. I was hoping it'd be comfortable enough to use as an eReader, but the overall feel just doesn't work for me. Could be a personal thing. But it doesn't close up tightly, and somehow radiates a kind of clumsy uncertainty, like I could have just bought a laptop and held it sideways in portrait mode. No issues software wise so far: not too slow, decent memory for my minimalist uses. I like that it comes with a mouse, since personally I suck at trackpad, but if you're not going to use it for mouse heavy stuff the trackpad works well enough that you have the option. Overall I'm happy with it. At this price point I wasn't sure what to expect, and with the issues I've had with returns here, I was willing to call it a loss if it didn't work out. But yeah, happy surprise!

Zwing Mini Laptop
Even though it is not a brand I had heard of set up was fairly easy and was able to transfer everything from my old laptop.

Keyboard Indicators
Just started using, but so far I like it with 2 exceptions: There is no indicator when "Caps Lock" is engaged. There is no indicator when the embedded keypad "Num Lk" is engaged. This creates serious problems when entering user names or passwords when the entry fields are not displayed. If not for the above, I would rate it 5 stars.
