These are great pans, and what's best about them is they are made from non toxic material!

While this is a good pan and seems to work well, I was very put off by the fact I had to attach the handle with a provided screw and screwdriver. I didn't see that bit of info in the advertisement and would not have purchased it had I known that, so I wanted to let others know. Instead of paying to include a screwdriver, I would think the manufacturer could have attached the handle and put the item in a larger shipping box for about the same cost.

The non-stickability and clean up is off the charts. It seared meat just fine. Deep capacity for larger dishes. I cooked Chicken Marsala. Everything was fine until I started adding liquids for the sauce. Unlike my enameled cast iron braiser which returns to boil within 2 minutes, when I added liquids to the Sensarte pan the temperature plummeted and it took almost 10 minutes to return to boil on a medium high electric range. Next time, I will add preheated liquids which should solve the problem. The 12 inch lid was nice too although is too small for the 12 1/2 fry pan they offer.
