What are the cleaning instructions to prevent mold?

Squeeze all the water out of them after each time they're used, and sometimes I suck up some bleach water and shake them vigorously before spraying the water out again. No good way to prevent the mold and mildew.

Is it good to put super glue in the holes so water does NOT get in

I would not recommend you putting super glue in the holes. It may disintegrate into the tub.

Will mold grown inside these muchkins?

You cannot get all the water out from the inside so eventually will get mold.
