I didn't know what I was expecting with this purchase but was recommended ones from the internet. Just figured it would just be a fancy undershirt but no. This actually does the trick. Helps my back posture to look more straight. The front helps hide the nips as much as it can. All feeling comfortable & natural to wear. Sized down to a 4xl due to me hearing quite a bit about doing so. The quality is nice as well as it does help prevent sweating as much which is bizarre but glad. 10/10 does work & fits perfectly for a 6'5 bigger guy

Very small for size, I know its to slim you down but I could not put the 4xl on thru on hand.

Certainly size up. My dad ordered these for his big belly and thought the XL would fit or be useful for the compression; he needed a size up

I have purchased a few brands of these tummy tuckers in the last couple year. They help me with a tired back and also keep a little middle aged paunch in check. For the most part, they are helpful but I saw this in recommendations and decided to give it a try. What a pleasant surprise. The shirt is designed with more support in some areas than others. First, that makes it more comfortable. Second, it is cooler because that allows the areas with less need for slimming to have more breathable fabric. Of course, these are designed for the average dude so those areas may differ for other users. Third, it also does a great job of hiding my love handles, something the other products were less successful at. I have already order two more and this is my go-to cheat slimmer.
