it tastes like unwashed spicy ass and the stench was absolutely hellish, the after taste was mouth obliterating and stinks up your whole room.. disgusting.. couldnt even take a photo cuz of how nasty

I love this brand of latio it's not that spicy even though it says spicy. The texture is a little chewy and it is quite greasy it's good to pair it with beer. And i found out that if microwave it for a couple of minutes till it hardens it gets crunchy and the spices and flavors comes out more. I bought some of the same brand of latio at 99 ranch but when I went back it's sold out, so I ordered on Amazon instead and the quality is just as good as the one that I got from 99 ranch.

So I was influenced into buying these from tt. It is what you think it is. They are what they are described and look like in the tt videos. The issue is I don’t think Americans will like this. It is definitely an acquired taste type of snack. Maybe something you would have eaten as a child and are accustomed to it. The texture is kinda good - it’s like a chewy beef stick type texture - but it’s very oily and the spice is very very hot on two of them. The smaller sticks are crunchy and super spicy - I love heat in general but these are not enjoyable for me. The light tan ones are probably the best out of the three. They don’t really have a crazy heat factor and they have the better texture. I will not be buying these again, but I can see people who have eaten these before and like them may like these. I have a 3 star because I’m not going to base my rating on the fact that I just don’t like them. They are as described, I just don’t like them overall for me.

I should have heeded the advice of the reviews. The smell really is unbearable. It smells like a sweaty shirt and a mildew-drenched dished towel. And I wish I was joking. If you can get over the smell, the taste and texture are not any better. In fact, the one crunchy sticks are decent enough, but the other two products have a spongy, rubbery texture. What ends up happening is that you're chewing on these things forever, and they have a rather foul after-smell, so you can still smell them on you long after you eat them. It made me feel physically sick. I ended up having to toss the two spongy snacks. Now the crunchy sticks aren't bad. They kind of save this package from being a one-star product, but they still smell awful. Unlike the other two, though, at least the crunchy sticks are edible. But the others -- sorry to say, the taste and smell make it difficult to consume them. Even a starving man would rather starve than consume them.

Okay so to start the smell is something I will say it’s stinky but the texture is soft and chewy. It is oily it is spicy but also sweet it taste somewhat like a sweet n spicy beef jerky in MY opinion to be very honest I like it but I can see why others don’t so buy it at ur own risk it’s something you might like or won’t at all.

The flavor was good but all of the variations of the latiao were expired. All of the best by dates were in December but its currently April, so that was disappointing. It was safe to eat but very stale and not as fresh. :(

Do not be fooled by these reviews la tiao is hella good and these people js can’t handle spice and have weak taste buds 😭 it’s oily for sure but maybe it’s cuz i have autism but the chewiness is amazing. Also it doesn’t even smell weird. It’ll make ur breath smell weird for a little tho. Everyone’s different js give it a try lol

Trash flavor. The smell was terrible. The texture was like eating a freaking nasty old dish sponge that dried with oil. I was freaking bummed. I watched those Chinese snack videos with the lil girl that goes buy snacks and was excited to try some. And on top of that they were expireddddd. Grossss never get them
