Misalignment positioning hanging hooks behind the mirror
The mirror quality itself was not bad, but the hanging hooks were very poor. It took me nearly 3 hours to diagnose the issue because the hooks behind the mirror were not properly aligned. I was not expecting this, as quality mirrors normally come with levelled and accurately positioned hanging hooks. Due to the misalignment, I had to drill the holes again at approximately a 35-degree lower position just to make the oval mirror sit straight.
