Good cameras but many features that don’t work
Good cameras but let down by the features such as live zones that don’t work, movement triggered by spiders and privacy zones that just don’t work.

Avoid eufy products
Camera hardware is amazing, however I've been having a software issue were battery is depleting even with the camera using direct power (plugged into a power outlet)... Contacted customer service supplied them with in app logs... They've basically ignored me .. attempted to call can't get through... Eufy customer service is non existent... I can't recommend eufy products based on their inadequate customer service.

Top Quality
Had a system on 3 cameras installed, and I’m supper happy with the quality of this. Best night vision quality I’ve seen on a camera before 👍

Excellent Radar detection but poor Solar charging/battery uses double the power after 1st charge!
The picture and sound quality is excellent, especially the "Daylike" night mode, it is literally the best!The set up is also simple.However... it does not appear to charge very well via the solar in ambient light ( the max if you are lucky is 80-100 mAh), which it should charge to a much higher level, as even my inferior previous Blink did provide full power via solar in the same location.The other concerning issue is that once the initial charge has depleted, on the subsequent charges it consumes almost double the power e.g. the 1st charge would use use 1% a day but the 2nd charge is using 2% a day...which is rather strange and disappointing.This is either faulty or it has an inherent design flaw, it is such a shame as on paper it seems great... just not in reality unfortunately.Edit: fyi...After posting this review Eufy contacted me and offered a refund with no mention of a return etc, when I accepted the the refund offered they then changed the original their offer to "return the item first and then receive the refund" misleading and frustrating going back and forth.

Drains in the UK
I live in an east-facing house, which makes it challenging to get sufficient sunlight during the winter months. I optimised the camera settings for the best performance and used the additional solar panel that came with it. Despite fully charging the battery to 100%, it completely drained within 30 days.Honestly, unless you live somewhere like Dubai with constant sunshine, I wouldn’t rely on this setup. The solar panel’s charging capabilities are poor. On top of that, you can’t record 24/7, as you’re forced to limit features due to excessive battery drain

Nightvision is great but....
I feel that this "new" product that's being pushed by every tech influencer known to man has some serious software flaws. It's either that the Homebase 3 isn't that well configured to it or the camera itself.Try creating a schedule that you require the camera to record motion BUT not send you a notification. The S3 Pro doesn't work at all. When setting back to "away" the camera suddenly comes alive but again seriously flakey. The reason I know is that my Ring doorbell picks up movement the the S3 "should" also detect in that range. Even my other Eufy (S340 Solocam) thats at the other side of the building picked up what the Ring did, but the S3 Pro remains dead.I've climbed up and down ladders more than I've had hot dinners since I've "upgraded" to the heavily promoted Eufy cameras from my 1st gen Blink system. I've reset the Homebase 3, ALL of the cameras in the eco system as the it's either one or the other that didn't quite work properly.Customer service is absolutely woeful.. And be prepared to repeat yourself again and again with the Invoice (proof of purchase) with the S/N and model of the camera in question. It's almost AI responses!

Unbelivable and great upgrade to Eufycam 2 Pro
I had the Eufycam 2 Pro previously and whilst the quality was fine, it would often miss events. If I was walking down the drive it wouldn't start recording until I was right infront of it.This camera is amazing - the photo attached is taken in pitch black and you can see everything in true colour. It picks me up right at the end of the drive and is capturing way more events. Plus the addition of the flood light is great - it's very bright.
