BatteryThe 4700 mAh battery easily lasts me a full day on moderate to slightly heavy usage ..mostly reels, YouTube, and daily social media apps. The battery optimization is excellent, and even after long sessions, it barely heats up. For my usage pattern, I never felt the need to recharge mid-day, which is a big plus.2. PerformancePerformance is simply wow. No lag whatsoever...whether it’s casual gaming or running apps like Lightroom or other editing tools. The processor handles multitasking smoothly, and memory management is spot on. The 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage variant feels future-proof and super-snappy.3. UI & SoftwareThe HyperOS/MIUI interface is smooth, clean, and refined. Animations are fluid, app transitions are seamless, and the overall system feels well-optimized. I didn’t face any bugs or random lags. The customization options are also impressive.4. CameraNow, the highlight .. the Leica camera system is a true game-changer. The photos come out rich, detailed, and vibrant. It performs beautifully in daylight, and even low-light shots look artistic when you play a bit with lighting and camera settings. You just need some basic photography knowledge to get the best out of it — it’s a beast of a camera for this price.5. Speaker & DisplayThe display and speakers are absolutely top-notch. The AMOLED panel delivers crisp, vibrant colors and deep blacks ..perfect for content consumption. Stereo speakers produce clear and loud sound with nice depth, enhancing the overall multimedia experience.6. Design & BuildThis phone feels ultra-premium in hand light, slim, and classy. The build quality is flagship-level, and it easily stands out among similarly priced phones. I’d suggest getting a Sprig back cover (not sponsored, just a good find) ..fits perfectly and adds grip without ruining the premium feel.7. Features & ExtrasThere’s no shortage of features .. from advanced camera tools to smart AI enhancements, everything feels thoughtfully integrated. It truly feels like a complete package that balances style, performance, and practicality.Overall 9.5/10

Last year i gifted this phone to my wife and i found this phone is amazing , now in 2025 i buy this phone again for me as a spare phone, but its features amaze me more now, in this price range you'll get best dslr like camera , decent gaming and good display, also this phone is very light weight, only con i find in this phone is curved display but that's not a big deal, also battery is not big but it can give you a decent amount of backup with fast charging speed, if you want good quality of dslr like photos in this price range go for it , no other brand have camera like xiaomi civi 14 in this price range. This phone is really impressive for its price

Very bad product no one is helping to I am completely frustrated purchasing mobile phone from Amazon as not getting any help either from Amazon or manufacturer of Mobile phone i.e. Xiaomi.I ordered a Xiaomi 14 Civi Aqua Blue on 14.07.2025 and got the phone on 15.07.2025. At the time of purchasing, I also purchased installation service and scheduled the installation on 16.07.2025 but no one contacted me and came for installation. Then I cancelled the installation service on 17.07.2025 and opened the packet for self installation. I have installed the mobile but on inserting the sim, I found the sim tray is broken. Then I tried to replace the mobile, an inspection service generated on 17.07.2025 but no one attended. On 19.07.2025 and 20.07.2025, I contacted customer care of Amazon, They told me that mobile phones will be replaced by Xiaomi.The Amazon Customer care advised that they get in writing of denial from Xiaomi in case they refuse to replace. Today, I again make a call to Amazon Customer care but did not receive any satisfactory reply. I visited the Xiaomi authorised service centre. The Service Centre refused to replace the item and was not ready to give anything in writing. Xiaomi Service Centre people are very rude and their replies are very irresponsible.Then I told them to replace the sim card tray. They said it is chargeable and told me that Rs. 1743.00 will be charged. I have no other option but as proof that i visited the Xiaomi authorised centre for replacement orders for the parts for which they have taken my mobile and told to come after 4-5 days. the issue. I received defective product technician assigned but not visiting.Never purchase mobile online

I’ve been using the Xiaomi 14 Civi (8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) for some time now. It is a premium-looking and smooth-performing smartphone, but there are a few important points buyers should know before purchasing.👍 What I likedPremium design: Very slim, lightweight, and stylish. Comfortable to hold for long periods.Display: Bright AMOLED display with a smooth refresh rate. Excellent for videos and daily usage.Performance: Daily tasks, multitasking, and regular apps run smoothly with no lag.Front cameras: Both selfie cameras perform very well, especially in good lighting, and are better than most phones in this range. Low-light selfies are also decent.⚠️ Issues I facedHeating problem (after update):Before the update, the device temperature stayed around 40–40.5°C, even during benchmark tests.After the HyperOS 2 update, the temperature rises up to 46.4°C, especially when mobile data is ON or during gaming. This heating is noticeable.Battery performance reduced after update:Before update: ~5.5 hours SOTAfter update: ~4.5 hours or less SOT (continuous use)Charging time after update: around 54 minutesHeating affects comfort during long usage.Gallery AI not working:Xiaomi Gallery AI features are not functioning properly. It shows “This photo violates our guidelines” even for normal photos. Reinstalling the plugin did not fix the issue.App restrictions:Some apps show “restricted” warnings due to HyperOS limitations, causing them not to work properly.🎮 Gaming experienceBGMI: Supports up to 120 FPS, runs smoothly.Free Fire: Limited to 60 FPS. Even though there is an in-game FPS option, it does not change performance.Overall gameplay is lag-free, but heating increases during long sessions.📷 Camera overviewMain camera: Good and usable.Wide-angle camera: Better than expected.Other two rear cameras: Below average.Front cameras: Best part of this phone, especially in good lighting.
