Great alternative to NSAIDS
I cannot take NSAIDS, and this formula is the first one I have found that actually gives me the pain relief I need. Be warned - it can make you sleepy if you take it during the day. I take mine about 30 minute before bed, and I am out like a light, and wake up pain-free and not loopy.

these have alittle muscle relaxing in them. a pharmist told me this. they really help if your tired and acheie. rellay helps you sleep to feel refreshed in morning.
