Q: I have damaged tiny screws with head diameter of 3mm and thread diameter of 2mm. Will this Vampire Pliers help me to extract them?

I'm pretty sure yes they will. They have extra sharp grip.

Q: I have a screw sticking out of the wall 1/4 inch but there is no head. It broke off. It’s in a butterfly plug that won’t come out. Will these work?

I would say that you have a pretty good chance as long as the remaining shaft is thick enough for the jaws to grab on. They can really apply a huge amount of clamping pressure. The other thing that I have done is Dremmel a slot in the remaining screw and use a flat screwdriver on it. Finally, although I have never done this myself, you could tap a reverse thread on it and screw a nut onto the new thread and the turning force will unscrew the whole thing.
