I can tell a huge difference
I've been taking this for a week. The first day, I noticed that I had tons of energy and got a lot accomplished. My husband even said that he could tell I was full of energy that day. The next 3 days were the same. I was getting a lot accomplished and moving and talking faster than usual. The 5th day I forgot to take them that morning before I went to the gym. I had no energy to get my workout done. When I got home, I realized that I had forgotten to take these. Once I did, I could tell a difference. I'm very pleased with them. I'm on day 7 and even though I haven't noticed any changes in appetite and haven't seen any changes in my weight, I have seen changes in my energy level. I've already recommended them to a few people. I like the blend of natural substances in this. They do contain caffeine though.

This is GREAT for energy! But don't take it on an empty stomach because it does create some heat in the belly

Seems to give me the boost I needed
I am taking this MTN OPS Blaze supplement as I am on a Classic Carnivore diet, which seems to sap me of energy, and I'm hoping for a energy lift from this product. I've taken it for a week now, and it does have other ingredients besides caffeine and seems to give me the boost I desired. Not lot, but a nice scuttle boost nevertheless. Oh, by the way....I would not take it a dinner time if you are sensitive to coffee/caffeine, as I made that mistake and was up watching movies till midnight, not because I wanted to, but I was not sleepy! Just a little pre-caution...I should have know better!

Extra thermogenic boost!
Definitely don't take more than the recommended dosage! I didn't get jittery but I could feely body temp staying up a bit. Workouts and cardio I built up a sweat much easier and was able to power through those long cardio sessions. Only been on it for a couple of weeks and have seen a couple pound drop. Will run the recommended course and see how well they work but so far so good!
