I have always had Shark products as they are the best if you have pets. They haven't let me down on this product either. I have several years of stains on my carpet even though I scrub and clean so I thought I'd invest with a carpet cleaner. I am amazed by how well my carpets have come up and I had some real stubborn stains on cream carpets It is a little heavy to push at times but it's worth it for the result. Everything is easy to use and step by step for using the stain shampoo and cleaner. It also has a dry clean button which can help dry the carpet off quicker. Not completely but alot of it I cannot fault this product and would highly recommend it

After having this for a few months I feel I can effectively review it. I think that this carpet cleaner is easy to use and easy to clean out afterwards. Sections come apart easy and I love the way you can clean the hose out with the machine so it doesn't end up going brown and smelly. I think the formula works well but is expensive as the machine will use it up quickly. Especially if you are doing a whole house or large rooms. The range of attachments are great and the hose suction is fantastic to really pull out dirt. The issue I found was with the stain striker and stairs. It works great on stains as the name implies but to use this on stairs isn't great as it uses the stain striker solution. If you want to clean stairs with normal cleaner, I think the spray isn't enough to do a good job. I found a solution to this taht works well utilising the good suction and attachments though, and this was to make up some carpet cleaner in a bucket and use a brush to work it in doing one stair at a time and sucking up the excess and dirt from the carpet. They came up really nice. In a house with dogs and light(ish) carpets, this keeps things looking good especially in wet weather. Hope this review helps

I wasn't sure how effective carpet cleaners are. I'd borrowed one in the past from a friend and was not impressed. However, my living room carpet is about 12 years old and I was considering replacing it and was quoted nearly £1000 for 20sqm. I have a 14 year old dog and considering what might be ahead I didn't want to spend such a lot of money when it would probably need replacing in another couple of years, so I decided to buy a carpet cleaner instead and try to refresh it for the time being. The results were amazing. Who knew there was so much grime buried in the pile? Having thoroughly vacuumed the carpet beforehand I was surprised at how much more dirt was lurking down there. Even with my long hair and the dog fur, the brush didn't have any hair tangled in it. All the hair/fur collected in the filter. Cleaning the machine after use was so easy. I did a deep clean and the carpet was dry in less than an hour. I was so impressed I went out the next day and bought the vacuum cleaner.

Easy to clean I have short file carpet and it kept jamming and turning off blue lights flashing. Literally its short pile. The carpet took till next morning to dry. Suchblitter water was collected in the container. However it did remove dirt and smelt great for a day. Dyson would of done a far better job with design being british made. However the price woukd be four times the price.

I was initially suspicious about whether this machine would live up to the hype, but I am pleasantly surprised. It is well-made, well-engineered, and very straightforward to use. Assembly took less than 10 minutes, and while getting the hang of the technique took a moment during the first use, the process was smooth. We spent about 2–3 hours doing a detailed clean of our living room and hallway, and the difference was visible immediately. It managed to pull out a shocking amount of dirt from carpets that had only seen six months of traffic. Honestly, the results felt better than when we previously paid for professional cleaning in the exact same areas. A massive bonus is the drying time; the machine leaves the carpets almost dry, and they were fully dry within just 1–2 hours. The only minor downside is that the included cleaning fluids—especially the Deep Clean formula—don't last very long, so you will need to buy refills quickly. We stuck with the recommended brand because the scent is lovely. In terms of value, this unit will pay for itself after just two uses compared to hiring a service. Plus, the entire machine is easy to disassemble and clean after the job is done. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting high-standard carpets done by themselves.

Very happy with my purchase. Got delivered the next day (Prime), in perfect condition. All parts accounted for. Relatively easy to assemble and once you go through the instruction manual once or twice, very easy to use and figure out how to assemble/disassemble and clean the parts after use. I do recommend thoroughly cleaning all the necessary parts after using. It collects so much dirt and hair (both ours and our cat's), that you don't want to leave it without a good clean before putting it away. You'll mostly go through the purple cleaning solution for the Deep Clean option. The bottle you get included, covered the living room carpet, the bedroom and the landing upstairs. Will have to order a refill to finish the rest of the house (the stairs, spare bedroom and office). Gotta admit, I went over the same areas a couple of times, as these carpets have not been properly cleaned in years (only really vacuumed and spot cleaned when needed). The dirty water tank does fill up pretty quickly, as it can only go up to a certain level before the carpet cleaner lets you know the tank is full, and it won't allow you to keep cleaning. A definite bonus. It collects a lot of hair. Definitely does the job. It leaves everything looking and smelling fresh. The living room carpet was a bit damp for an hour or so. It dried up fully relatively quickly. Having your windows open for ventilation definitely helps. All in all, after only using it once, I'm very happy with it. Will definitely order a refill solution, and make it a regular part of my cleaning schedule.

Need to change parts every two minutes. If you have pets it clogs up with hair really quick. It’s pretty lightweight. But would not recommend. Battery life is awful, you will not be able to vacuum your home unless you live in a small studio

Brilliant cleaner for house that has lot of pets my carpets have stayed clean and fresh four dogs and four cats only thing can say is brilliant bit heavy when doing stairs and you do need to keep refilling but worth it for good results
