Update: This product deserves the 5 stars. I began using this in late March 2026. It is now mid-late June 2026 and I can confidently say that this is giving me the benefits of retinal without any of the side effects I normally experience. My skin is clearer, brighter, softer, and just looks very healthy. Results are subtle and gradual over time. I can confidently say that this product works and I don’t know what kind of Hoodoo they put in here to make it so gentle but has not caused a single blemish, no rosacea flares while using this, and my skin looks and feels great. I’m an Aveda grad, I know quality skin care and you absolutely don’t have to pay enormous amounts of money. OTC retinol products are mostly all within the same range of strengths (either mild or moderate). There’s simply no reason to spend $100 on a serum when you can purchase a lower cost serum that offers the same results. One note here about retinol vs retinal(this product contains retinal vs retinol: retinal is a form of retinol that is biologically closer to retinoic acid. Retinoic acid is the only form your skin can use and OTC products require your skin to do the conversion. Some of the strength is lost during this conversion process. Retinoic acid is not available as a OTC product. It requires a prescription because it is much stronger. Basically retinol needs 2 conversions in your skin to create retinoic acid. Like this: 2 steps: retinol → retinal → retinoic acid. Retinal is 11 times closer to retinoic acid than retinol. It is usually more irritating than retinol because it’s stronger. This is simply not the case with this particular product. This is gentle and works faster than retinol. This is a quality product at an extremely reasonable cost. I’ve been using it since late March and I’m still not up for a refill and already seeing results. This is a keeper for sure. Original review: I have not been using this for long so I will be updating this review after 6 months. As of right now, this is one of the ONLY retinol based products that does not trigger my rosacea. I use it with heavy moisturizers. I was previously using ROC serum stick which triggered my rosacea just using it twice a week. When paired with a good moisturizer this does not disrupt my skin barrier. This is extremely important because I’m not going to keep using anything that triggers acne like pustules on my face. I’d rather deal with wrinkles and signs of aging. I will update my review once I have either seen results or not seen results but I thought it was important to let others know that with proper skincare I am able to use this product even though I have very sensitive skin. I could not find information like this when I was considering purchasing the product. I’d also like to mention that the amount of product here is large. You could definitely use this on other areas aside from the face and not break the bank. None of this matters, of course, unless the product works. I can’t comment on that just yet but I will update my review after 3-6 months of usage.

Works great, you get a good amount for the price. I'm in my 40s but blessed to be just starting to show some minor skin issues (slight eye bags, very fine lines, slight skin discoloration from sun) similar to most people in their mid to late 20s (only mention that for those reading to compare effects on themselves) --it seems to be helping with all of those issues, really I have no eye bags with this product, it's not surgery, at least a couple weeks in, it temporarily makes you look better while wearing it (as far as skin texture, eye bags, fine lines etc.). The discoloration changes may be permanent, but it will take longer to really see that difference, probably a whole bottle's worth especially for me because I also have freckles (always had since I was a kid) that are going nowhere--which I don't expect to just clarify my skin/ removing sun exposure discoloration from teens etc. I built up to using it most days mornings and nights occasionally taking a day and/or night off. I always use lotion/sunscreen over top night/day. The combo leaves skin very soft. I know some people said they keep it in their fridge, that's inconvenient for me and I didn't see anything about keeping it refrigerated on my bottle, mine is doing fine in my dark bathroom cabinet...so far so good!

Oh, I’m happy to write a review about this product!! I’m on my second bottle. I absolutely love this product. It is a complete game changer and must buy especially if you’re over 50 !! What it has done to my skin and neck is unbelievable. I have super dry a little bit creepy dare I say neck and biceps and it has completely reversed the signs of aging on my neck and arms. I can’t believe it, but it has actually faded my dark spots on my face.My face is now so soft and supple. It is not greasy. I put it on underneath my moisturizer. It doesn’t pill. It’s not sticky, it has helped my fine lines like you cannot believe. Must bye.

I really like this serum. I just started using it but have noticed an improvement to the softness and texture of my skin. Hoping to see improvement to some light spots and thankful it did not irritate my sensitive skin.

I really like this serum. It is very light and not heavy on the skin, which means it’s able to fit through your pores and really work. I put it on every night and so far when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels really soft and you can see the wrinkles have calmed down. I would recommend this product and the price is reasonable.

Absolutely love this items stand right up there with my very expensive facial products. This is lightweight feels phenomenal and I absolutely notice a difference. My complexion brightness of my skin tone smoothness of my skin. Only downfall is that I wish I found it a lot sooner before I bought many other products.

Great value! Has shown some improvement with the tone of my skin, but really hasn't done much for the wrinkles. Ilike the consistency of the lotion, it is not sticky, and absorbs into the skin fairly quickly. It has improved the blemishes and "old age" markings on my forearms pretty well. I have purchased it multiple times, and will continue using it.

This seems a really good product, I haven’t been using it long I just decided to buy it and have a go. There are so many things out there on the market but I think it really works, I honestly think my skin looks better, I look better and I’m really pleased with this product it’s definitely worth a try 🌺
