Corgi Diecast Model Cars - RT26101S James Bond Aston Martin DB5 - Iconic 007 Collectible Car Model for Men & Women - Small Die Cast Toy Models for Boys, Gift for Motor Enthusiasts

Very impressive very good quality good value for money 💰 would recommend this to any collector or older kids

Value for Money model of James Bond's 1964 car from the film Goldfinger. Received my ‘Corgi James Bond Aston Martin DB5 car today with several tiny figures with it! It sounds like the two villain figures were actually included in the box and are part of the set — they may have been tucked underneath the car in the packaging tray, which is quite common with Corgi collector models. Nothing is missing! The villains being found in a white envelope beneath the car in the packaging tray is completely normal for this model. Two blue coloured baddies with a sticker for your kids coat or jacket with 007 and picture of Gun on it, included with this Great quality die-cast car with James Bond himself in the car too, sitting in the driving seat. 007 fans even get a 'Top Secret Instruction sheet, with car to show how it works, its machine guns, bullet proof steel plate at rear, and ejectpor seat to get rid of those Bond villains. A Great buy for all Bond fans out there.

Spot on

While the attention to detail is great and it happily flings the gun wielding baddie out the roof I'm just slightly disappointed at how small the car is. I seem to recall the DB5 I had back in the day being bigger than this, maybe it shrunk in the wash I dunno.

Corgi have been hitting it out of the park in the last few years with these recreations of their most popular licenced properties. The Bond Aston Martin was a staple in kids' toyboxes throughout the late 60's into the 80's, It's not exactly the same as the original, and sadly no longer made in the UK, but it's almost spot-on as an affordable alternative for those who want a piece of childhood nostalgia and can't afford a decent example of an original. A few things to note: This is not the later version with the rotating number plate, but the original which did not have that feature. I've seen it stated that it's 1:43 scale, but that seems way off to me; it's slightly smaller than the Batmobile in terms of scale, and much smaller than the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang reissue, and both of those are also claimed to be 1:43 in some places. As best as I can tell this is closer to 1:46 to 1:50. Chitty is closer to 1:36 or 1:38, and the Batmobile is about 1:43 to 1:46 (those are very rough estimates). This explains why some people say it's a little smaller than they remember it (also, a later Corgi version released back in the day was a bigger scale). The final thing to note is: Some people say their car didn't come with the ejectable extra figure - it's worth mentioning that the plinth that this car stands on opens at the side, and inside is white envelope with instructions, a reproduction sticker, and the little extra character. It's possible some people are just opening the box, taking out the car, and seeing that it's missing the extra figure without noticing the envelope, so I add that info here just in case.

Really pleased with this item, well made, good paint job,all items work, well boxed will look good in my collection well done.

Excellent product but Amazon packaging was just a paper envelope......box got battered.

Brings back child hood memories.

Great car semi fast shipping.

A beautifully crafted collectible that perfectly captures the iconic, miniaturized James Bond Aston Martin DB5. The silver finish is sleek and detailed, and the build quality feels solid and premium. A must have for Bond fans and diecast collectors alike and a great value for the price.

Congratulations Corgi. This is a great nostalgic collectable with packaging that I had to keep and 2 extra ejectable henchmen in a secret envelope hidden under the car. Hasn't got all the features of the original but the reissue is close enough to evoke memories. Note to mint in boxers, it arrives in a reinforced mail pouch rather than a shipping box with padding. Mine however was undamaged during transit.

Leuk! Gaaf spring stoel die werkt!

Awesome repro. I have 2 originals and this model is an exact copy , wire wheels and all. Only difference is the fit and finish and mechanicals are better on this repro
