My Problem: Alright guys we're gonna get a little graphic so lets all put our big boy pants on. I'm male 40 years old. And my whole life I've pooped about 1-2 times a week, I am not on any medications and I do not consume alochol. When I do finally poop it's never easy, it's always a strugle with LOTS of wiping, maybe 25+ wipes and I never feel like I really pooped enough, I don't walk around feeling constipated per se but I also feel like I should be pooping more. I've had colonoscopies and they say everything is fine, I've tried all kinds of suppliments but most are either habit forming or cause nonstop mud butt (leakage YUK!) and even more excessive wiping like triphala. Fiber doesn't really work for me either, it's kind of a dice roll, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't want to take magnesium citrate or stimulant laxitives since they're habit forming and I've tried all different types of diets without luck so I had pretty much given up since nothing really worked. The Solution (this product): My buddy just got back from Japan and he brought these with him, said they worked really well and gave me 20 tablets. I took 2 after my dinner everyday and oh my goodness I poop daily like a normal person now so I ordered a jar for myself off Amazon. It's a still al ittle tough to pass, I think that's just my body, and the best part is wiping is minimal!! Sorry to get so graphic but I'm trying to leave a review that may really help people with the same problem. I did NOT experience any discomfort or stomach aches, literally zero side effects, this just helped me poop consistently. TLDR: if you strugle with poop frequency take 2 of these tablets a day after your largest meal, you should start pooping with some consitency and wiping should be minimal within a couple days. There should not be any side effects, good luck and may you poop in peace!

My item was received broken glass bottle. I ordered 2 bottles and 1 bottle was broken. After opening the package I opened up the boxed items and I noticed that 1 of them were broken.
