works so well, feels very high quality, decent price, and produces nice clean cuts. very sharp but easy to use, no more mutilating bread loaves because I don't have the correct knife! however it is not dishwasher safe, comes with a tag that says to not put in the dishwasher, so if that is something you want then look elsewhere.

The only reason I gave this a 4 start vs a 5, is because the blade is a bit flimsy. With that, I sometimes don't get the straight cut, BUT it does cut well as the blade is sharp. The price is good, and I think it's far. I am happy about the length because I do make bigger a sourdough bread. I also like the design and found that it was very easy to use and comfortable in my hand. I would recommend this knife but I would definitely express my feelings about the flimsy blade.

This knife is awesome! I started making my own bread, and trying to slice it was terrible, i'd crush the bread trying to slice it, but this knife is great! guides though the bread like butter, no crushing, perfect slices. love it.

I wanted a Knife for cutting sourdough bread. I found this really inexpensive knife and decided to give it a try. Works really good and is extremely sharp. Don't force it, Be careful and let the knife do the cutting.

Worked well for 2 or 3 sourdough loaves then the blade would not remain taught resulting in needing to apply too much pressure to cut and the slices now are thicker on top and very narrow at bottom.
