Great product works as advertise easy to set up no issues no lag. Everything is smooth. Only issue I ran into was that my backup camera stopped working. when I took it apart I saw that there was water damage within the connectors. I reached out to the company via email and Amazon support and they were able to send me out a backup camera replacement free of charge and extremely quickly overall I’m very pleased by the product and a company this time I went ahead and added some additional electrical taping around ther connector to future proof, the item. I like this because it retains the OEM Bluetooth functionality which automatically connects to my phone and continues to play music even after I turn off the engine but stops when I open the door I don’t have to worry about any dongle or additional changes in order to keep my steering wheel media controls, and when I do want to sell the vehicle, I am able to remove this without leaving any damage or permanent modifications to the vehicle

I have owned several dash cams and wanted to upgrade my 2012 outback to more of a "smart" infotainment system and also needed a new dash camera as we have a brand new driver in the house. This feat was getting expensive as I would need to buy a screen that would fit our old car, figure out how to replace my old screen which had no fancy features like android or apple car, wire that, and buy front and rear dash cameras and wire them up. After some research I found a company. Jomise who has been selling on Amazon for years with wonderful reviews that could solve all my issues with one application - thier k17 rear view mirror smart dash cam that includes everything the teenager said she needed to be happy in our old outback- car play.. and for me to feel safer knowing where she is - GPS feature and that she is protected by having a camera. I sent them a message and they quickly responded and answered all my questions. I received my package with in 2 days. It comes with everything even the memory card! It was nearly plug and play! I followed the easy to read directions and installed this all by myself in under 30 minutes, used the neat tool to hide the wire and it sounds and looks great! Calls play over my speakers, music from Spotify plays my music while maps give me directions when I need them with a quick tap, the rear camera looks great, easy to navigate settings... get this dash camera! You won't regret it!

This smart rearview mirror and screen is quite impressive. The screen is very sharp and clear. Maybe a bit hard to see in sunlight, but that's kinda expected since it also functions as a rearview mirror (is reflective). The interface and touchscreen is fast and accurate. Cameras are clear and work well. I'm not too sure about the dvr functionality on the front facing camera as it seems to trigger way too often, leading to a LOT of clips that show nothing important. Maybe I've got a setting wrong or just using that part wrong... Both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay work great with this. It supports both as wireless. You can navigate, play music, etc using both. Only had it installed a couple weeks, will update if it doesn't last.

It works well. Back camera is not the best when it comes to clarity, but works OK as a rear view mirror. I like the car play option as well. Easy to install. Has a good wide angel view. I also like the loop recording option. If anything happens it will be recorded and saved.

Great product, easy to install, and works great in my 2003 Chevy tahoe.

I have literally nothing to complain about this product besides nit picking features they should add. I used to have an extended rearview mirror, a CarPlay tablet, and a dashcam all separately. Not only was that more expensive than this product, but it took up multiple cigarette ports and the cables were annoying. The most satisfying feature in my opinion is the fact it automatically connects to your FM radio and connects to your phone when you turn the device. My old CarPlay tablet had me manually turn on FM transmitter each time I powered it on, and Bluetooth didn’t work half the time. 2 features that they should add are 1. Opacity settings for when you have the full screen set to CarPlay so you can use the mirror at the same time. 2. When half the screen is CarPlay and the other half is the backup camera, you should be able to adjust the view the backup camera up and down. You can only move it up and down if it’s full screened. I never write reviews but I had to for this one. Worth every penny.

Update: Customer service reached out to help me determine what the issue was with the mirror. It was determined to be defective, so they sent me a replacement. I’m very impressed with their eagerness to resolve my situation. Thanks to the staff for their quick resolution. May 2025 Installation was easy. The mirror gave good picture quality during the day and night. The menu is easy to navigate with good adjustments. However, after several months, it started to give me problems. I would power on with no picture. I would have to press down on the mirror for it to temporarily stay on. Since I removed it looking for options.

ممتاز الصراحة بعد التجربة لمدة اكثر من شهرين عجبتني جدا لاكن في عيوب الوضوح مو مرة كويس طريقة تحميل المقاطع يدوي او تاخد الممري الي هو sd وتحمل المقاطع عن طريق اللابتوب الذاكرة الي تجي مع الجهاز سيئة جيت ابي احمل مقطع يقلي الsd خربان اذا تبي تشبك عن طريق الموجه او الراديو الصوت ضعيف وفيه تشويش كل ما ترفع الصوت لاكن جهاز ممتاز
