Nice set
Great starter kit for bread tools. As I’ve learned and grown from my baking experience there are items in this kit I do not love. The brush I have never used. The lame is not very fun to change the razors. The other items are nice and do the job. I guess I’d rather have these items than not have them. Buying individually was more expensive so nice as a set.

Very useful to go with a sourdough starter.
My daughter wanted a sourdough starter for Christmas so I got this for her as well. It is decent quality and easy to store. She really liked the whisk and basket the most. Made her first batch easy.

4 ⭐️ ! whisk is a little flimsy everything else is 10/10
Everything is great quality aside from the bread whisk. It is okayish. I am still very happy with my purchase! Well worth the money. The bread whisk is just a tad flimsy or maybe it’s user error I am not sure. But everything else is perfect quality!

Cheap...
My biggest complaint is the pastry brush. It is very poorly made and the bristles fell out before I even used it. The basket, liner and lame work well. I didn't want to spend too much since I'm just starting out.
