Avantree Aria 3 - Bluetooth Headset with Noise-Canceling Mic

I love these head sets. They are very comfortable, have "talk back" so you can hear yourself talking, and are cheep compared to the competition. Should your dog chew up the soft leather ear pads, no problem they have cheep replacements. If you loose the microphone, no problem there atmre cheep replacements. The noise canceling works well. My only complaint is you can't adjust the loudness of the talk back, to balance how much you hear of yourself In the headset. The charging speed is great. You can use the headset while plugged in to usb-c if you forget to charge them. I have been impressed by the build quality. As long as your dog doesn't chew them up they will last for years.

Four years ago, I bought an "Avantree Aria Pro aptX-HD", and it lasted almost exactly 3 years before the microphone died. After a year of going through a couple cheap replacement alternatives, I ended up buying this one. I should have done this a year ago, but I thought I was saving money. I just ended up paying the price of this one, twice, and have a couple units I don't like. - A direct replacement might have been the "Avantalk Aria Pro 3", but I didn't want/need the USB dongle to connect to my PC. Being able to connect to two Bluetooth devices with this one is fine for my uses. It comes with an analog stereo cord, if I want to use it has headphones, but the microphone has to unplug to plug it in and I have a really nice dedicated headphone for more critical music/audio listening. Sound quality and comfort of this Avantalk are both great for me. - Audio sounds pretty good for the price, and people think I sound good on calls. Voice calls are clear, unless the person on the other end is using a bad microphone or mic position. Music sounds clear and pleasing. Bass is not over pronounced, even with the bass boost on. I like to listen to audio (Podcasts) when I walk. - It seems to do pretty well with attenuating background noise, but the ANC seems a bit aggressive for the one person I have had a call with while walking the neighborhood. - I prefer the full over ear fit and softness of the ear cushions, which is why I went back to an Avantree/Avantalk. Living at high altitudes gets cold. This headset does well for winter ear muffs. - The microphone physical layout is a bit 'funky'. I'd prefer if it could turn up out of the way, but it is a simi-stiff design designed to disconnect and is therefore a mostly fixed position boom mic. It can seem to be in the way, since it can only really rotate toward the face or shoulder. That is not a concern for me. Having a manual mute button on the end of the microphone comes in handy when your phone is in your pocket or you are not in a position to hold it. - I haven't had it long enough to test the 55-hour battery life, but it seems like enough to last the day. Plugging it in to charge does turn it off, even though the switch is on. I wasn't bothered by that on the last Avantree, but did get spoiled with one of the cheaper headset I tried that didn't seem to go more than 4 hours at a time, but I could plug it in and charge while talking. That would be a nice feature on a future version, but the battery seems to have capacity for an average day's use. I'm a content repeat Avantree/Avantalk customer! [ Update 2026-03-27] . I recently upgraded my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 17 Pro Max... It seems the new phone and headset are having some sort of Bluetooth handshake issue that results in random disconnects. I am also getting intermittent audio dropouts and injected buzzing that I am seeing related to the 17 Pro Max. On cell phone calls, some people (on AT&T & T-Mobile hear an echo, but I don't hear any echo. I really like the sound quality of the Avantalk, but am in a quandary and falling back to my old TeckNet that didn't like my iPhone 13 and seems to work OK with the 17 Pro Max. . Another odd thing is that the headset comes on when I plug it in to charge it. It has an off switch... not a soft-off power button. When it is on, the audio comes through the headset, even if I'm in the other room. I have missed a lot of incoming texts because I plugged the headset in to charge.

To be honest, i've used multiple headphones in my lifetime. And Avantree's products are definitely matched with the big names, yet cost less. Also their customer service is very good. The Aria 3 gives crystal clear calls especially when you use the Boom Mic. The Sound quality and deep bass range is good for music. It also folds for portability. It has a wired mode too where you dont need to use bluetooth. Battery lasts pretty long also. Overall pretty good build quality. I had to replace mine with a warranty replacement and the process was streamlined by Rosally, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. I hope they can come out with a neckband headset similar to the LG tone.

Avantalk Aria 3 has an awful sound. Nothing compared with Avantree Model BTHT-5150.

Funcionan bastante bien, la batería dura suficiente

I bought this headset to use on my windows 11 pc for an online class via ms teams. The headset powers on and says connected, but neither audio now microphone are available until I reboot. My older headset did not have this problem. Once I reboot everything works well. They ave comfortable to wear for the length of my 3 hour class. Sound is clear. My voice is clear when I use the boom mic. If it weren't for the connection issues I would have given it 5 stars.

2nd set of Avantree / Avantalk bluetooth headphones used TEAMs meetings. Great headphones, 1st set is 5 yrs old and still going, adding a 2nd set for backup

I have been using this model of headset for years (10+) Just recently replaced my previous model and they still are fantastic but the build quality has gone down. I can comfortably wear them all day but the quality of the buttons is quite a bit lower than previous versions. Also, very sad to see that the charging station is no longer a feature. I loved being able to put it on the charging station when off a call. Sound quality is equal to Bose but these are more than half the price. Would buy again.

El teléfono va perfecto para llamadas. No molesta llevarlo puesto, los demás te oyen con claridad ,puedes pasar de un dispositivo a otro sin problemas y el sidetone se agradece mucho. Para escuchar música no me parece la mejor opción.

These headphones work well, connect easily and help remove outside noise for clear listening experience.

Ich habe nach einem Headset gesucht, das sowohl bei endlosen Teams-Meetings als auch beim entspannten Musikhören eine gute Figur macht – und das Aria 3 liefert voll ab! Was mir besonders positiv aufgefallen ist: Hervorragendes Mikrofon: Das abnehmbare Boom-Mikro ist ein echtes Highlight. Meine Kollegen haben sofort gemerkt, dass meine Stimme viel klarer rüberkommt. Dank Noise-Cancelling werden Hintergrundgeräusche (wie die Kaffeemaschine oder Tippgeräusche) zuverlässig gefiltert. Sidetone-Funktion: Ein Feature, das man erst zu schätzen weiß, wenn man es hat. Man hört sich selbst dezent über die Kopfhörer, was verhindert, dass man bei Telefonaten unbewusst anfängt zu schreien. Tragekomfort: Die Ohrpolster sind extrem weich und umschließen das Ohr komplett. Auch nach 4–5 Stunden am PC drückt absolut nichts. Zudem ist das Headset angenehm leicht. Akkulaufzeit & Verbindung: Mit über 50 Stunden Akku muss ich mir kaum Gedanken ums Laden machen. Die Bluetooth 5.3 Verbindung ist stabil, und die Koppelung mit zwei Geräten gleichzeitig (Handy und Laptop) funktioniert nahtlos. Klang: Für Musik gibt es verschiedene EQ-Modi. Der „Bass Boost“ macht ordentlich Druck, während der ausgewogene Modus perfekt für Podcasts oder Videocalls ist. Fazit: Ein durchdachtes Headset, das den Spagat zwischen Profi-Equipment für die Arbeit und Lifestyle-Kopfhörer für unterwegs perfekt meistert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar!
