Love this product. I was training for and ran a half marathon this year. I used these gels to help fuel. They taste great, are easy to use, have a great texture, and have an incredible impact. The health impact was very noticeable for me. In my long runs, these gels would give me a much needed boost of energy. They are easy to digest and get to. Depending on your effort, the effect can last quite a while. They were definitely a game changer for my prep and race. I’ve tried other flavors and really enjoyed every experience I’ve had.

BPN is the best. Ive been using these for a year now and I love them so much. No weird artificial ingredients, just the good stuff you need for training. This apple cinnamon flavor tastes just like applesauce, I actually crave it. Doesnt upset my belly at all (because again, no weird stuff like the others) Great value and give you the supplementation you need on long workouts.
