Portable Infrared Sauna Blanket, Detox & Relaxation at Home, Adjustable Timer 20-60 Min, Temperature Range 95-167℉, 6 ft x 2.6 ft, Durable PU Leather Cover

Been used it for several months. Good quality and easy to use and pack. Definitely a space saver. Haven’t used much in the summer, but it saved me so much when I feel sore on the body or recovering from cold. Very easy to be cleaned up and can be put down any where. I prefer on the sofa or in the floor above a table yoga mat. It came with several emergency blankets for better heat transfer, but you don’t need to use it if you don’t like the weird sound.

I’ve been using this sauna blanket for about a week, and it’s amazing! It heats up super fast and makes me sweat a lot, just like a real sauna. I usually use it for 30–40 minutes before showering, and my skin feels softer and I sleep better afterward. It’s also really easy to clean and fold away. If you’re looking for something to help with detox, period bloating, or just relaxing muscles after a long day, this is totally worth it!

Very disappointed ,not what I expected and it feels like burning

I used this portable infrared sauna blanket for the first time for an hour, and I loved it! As someone who sits all day, this is perfect for sweating out toxins and feeling refreshed. The manual recommends 122°F, but I set it to 135°F since I don’t sweat easily—worked great for me! Afterward, I felt lighter and more energized. The material feels durable( you may need place two towels in for cover and bottom that touches your skin with softening you want). Definitely worth it if you’re looking for an easy, at-home detox solution.

The sauna blanket is designed to regulate moisture and eliminate toxins from the body for those with suboptimal health. After trying it, the effect is very noticeable. I feel relaxed and my sleep quality has improved!

I really enjoy this item. It heats up quickly, and it doesn't get too hot even when the temperature is is raised up very high. I'm glad I purchased this sauna

Doesn’t get as hot as it should be.
