Better than expected.
This is a Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare Bellavita but £10 cheaper than listed under that brand from other suppliers. It in fact was despatched from Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare in Birkenshaw West Yorkshire, just up the road from me. The suction feet were a bit fiddly to fit but all good. I thought it might be a cheap copy of the Bellavita which has many good reviews, this is the first review for this item, but as I say it is a Bellavita made in Germany. The seat cushion only covers the seat not the flaps as I think some do.

Good value
Bath lift as described, well made, and seems to be good value compared with other similar bath aids available. I was quoted £399 by a local mobility shop for something that looked identical. It was delivered in two parts - back and seat - which attach together quite easily. Then I installed the rubber sucker feet (use some washing up liquid if they are hard to push into place) and put the handset on charge (took a while - be patient). It was successful even in my spa bath which has the taps in the middle. I think another review complaining about a poor connection might be because the plug and socket can need a bit of force to make the connection. Overall though, no complaints.

The handset control requires immediate and urgent review.
I am very disappointed with this product having constant problem with the handset. I am having intermittent response from the handset which, of course, could cause a major problem for me if the handset fails when I am in the lowest part of the bath.
