This Is a great supplement. I take them before my workouts and gives me the energy I need and I feel great not sluggish nor that crash feeling

There’s a lot of people out there saying that it makes them itchy and red and a tingling sensation. Yes that’s true. It did the same to me, but I started off only with one. It only lasted for about 10 minutes and you feel like yourself again if you don’t want that feeling make sure you eat with it once I ate with it I was completely fine. Just take one and work your way up gradually. But that feeling will eventually go away once your body gets used to it. I would eat and wait about 20 to 30 minutes before you take it good luck.

My first order did not give me any flushing, but my second order did. Unsure if there's a mixture of potency of the tablets, but has been helpful.

Little improvement for me maybe I was expecting a lot more. Think each person reacts different.

This product does not need to be sold! The side effects are real! My husband and I both took these supplements for 4 weeks before the side effects started which included tingling all over our heads (including our ears) and then our faces started burning and literally turned RED and lasted for around an hour! If this had just happened to one or the other, it would be understandable but for it to happen to both of us means that it is NO GOOD for anyone.

Very effective. I’m impressed! I have more energy and I am sleeping through the night. I feel good and am much more happier since I am no longer tired. Reasonably priced also!

Easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste. I have definitely noticed an increase in my energy level and focus ability. I have started taking it with breakfast since it does cause some abdominal discomfort for me but that has improved.

Not sure what additives are in here or if this is the intended effect but my jaw/face would tingle on and off for hours any day I would take this.Quick and easy delivery, unsure of quality.
