I had a BBL and my legs (where most of the fat was harvested from) were horribly bruised and swollen. I started this (and this same brand's arnica gel) on day 3 or 4 of my recovery, I'm now 2 weeks post-op and the bruising is barely there. I was given this after a cosmetic procedure. I ran out so I ordered more. I did not have bruising, just swelling and some minor pain. I was mainly taking for swelling but I don't know if it did anything or if I hadn't taken would the result be the same. ??

Take 5 little pills 3 times a day and it makes a big difference if your already bruised or if you know your going to bruise (if your going to get botox). Works even better along with arnica gel.

This product works just as good as ibuprofen!

Just started taking these after a bad fall, they really seem to have helped my sore body. I have managed to work for longer today, without as much pain. Really easy to dispense, no horrible taste. Would recommend.
